🧭 // APPROACH
Your holistic transformation starts now.
Clients consistently praise my empathy, perceptiveness, practical guidance, and measurable improvements they experience, with one noting: "Tim is empathetic and encouraging. I'm on session 7 seeing improvements. 10/10."
Therapy should feel like a cozy tea-time chat in your living room, creating a safe space where intimacy and authentic connection flourish naturally.
I bring a holistic, modern approach rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, supporting individuals through dating, marriage, or healing from the past. I tailor my approach to your unique story, helping you find peace, reconnect, and build lasting relationships, whether you're feeling distant, unheard, or weighed down by the past.
🙏 // GRACE POLICY
Please respect my 15-minute wait policy. Sessions don't always start exactly on time due to back-to-back appointments.
More than likely, I will be in the waiting room once you join, in a session, transitioning the prior client with grace, before I prepare for you.
As clients can be a few minutes late without issue, practitioners deserve similar grace.
🧘🏽♀️ // SERVICE & CARE BOUNDARIES
I DO NOT provide docs (e.g., dr. notes, signatures, letters) for lawsuits, legal cases, work accommodations, emotional support animals, or leave requests, this includes FMLA, unemployment, lawsuits, etc. If that's a need, i'm not your fit.
Furthermore, I don't tolerate any disrespect or intentional and malicious transference towards me in session. I am here to process your bad days and equip you with the perspective, tools, and frameworks to navigate them, not receive the brunt of them. I will abruptly stop a session in which I feel threatened, disrespected, or abused and report the client to Growth Therapy (or law enforcement). My work is my livelihood and passion. I will protect it and myself.
My name is Aleida Chavez, LCSW-S, LCCA, CART, and I am glad you are here. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and emotionally healthy life requires courage. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and I commend you for choosing to invest in yourself and your well-being.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor in Texas and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist with over 11 years of professional mental health experience and more than 20 years of combined experience in medical and mental health case management, training, and education. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, self-esteem concerns, addiction, anger management, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.
My priority is creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I approach therapy with empathy, authenticity, cultural humility, and respect for the unique experiences each person brings into the therapeutic relationship.
I believe you are the expert on your lived experience. My role is to provide clinical knowledge, support, perspective, and therapeutic tools that can help you better understand yourself and work toward meaningful change.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, values, culture, experiences, and goals. Together, we can explore difficult emotions, identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.
Hello,
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience and licensed in Michigan and Texas. I've worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. While I have worked in many areas of mental health, my current emphasis is working with adults, seniors (+65) and college students. My focus is working with those experiencing Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and career and life transitions.
My name is Elvira Aleman Vaughan. I am a counselor whose focus is helping people who have experienced ongoing trauma. I am a Christian, so I approach healing from this worldview. If you prefer talk therapy I'll use CBT to help you get to the root of the issue. But if you are open to trying a proven technique that is less conventional and yields quicker results, I will use EMDR to help you heal and move forward.

With extensive experience in healthcare social work and community-based case management, I understand the complexities of coping with major life changes and strive to create a supportive and holistic healing space for my clients. Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards that I make sure to uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina
Hi, I'm Angie. Sometimes life is hard, and it seems like no one gets it. Maybe you feel like you are giving your all in one area and have nothing left at the end of the day. Maybe you feel disconnected or overwhelmed at work or school, at home, or just in general.
No matter the struggle, I'm here to help. We will use a holistic approach to address your needs and reach your personal goals. Employing a variety of techniques and approaches, we can work together to help you not only feel but also function better.

Hi, I'm Attalie. Have you forgotten to take care of yourself? Do you often wonder what it would take to feel some sense of balance in your life again? We are faced with challenges and changes in life constantly. Making adjustments to pivot to meet the expectations of those changes often leads to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustrations and a sense of depletion with no time to care for self. If you often escape, avoid, procrastinate or for that matter take on everyone else's issues except your own sense of wellness and health I am here to help empower you to develop and access your own inner resources and move toward self actualization and personal growth.
I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
You are enough, you are deserving, and whatever you are dealing with now I'll meet you there. Let's work together to find tools that are intrinsically yours and get to a better you, so that each day is met with a sense of balance and well being despite the stressors in life.
