I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow a life they can feel proud of—often while navigating heavy pressure. I do this work to express my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.
My name is Krystle Himmelberger, LPC, and I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives

Hello! I am a Latina Bilingual Mental health therapist who is committed to helping you overcome overthinking, anxiety, and depression. I will do my best to meet you wherever you may be in the process of healing and create a space where you can process and create new ways of living that work best for you. By providing a safe, judgement-free space I will empower you to build upon your skills, helping you understand how your past impacts your daily living.
If you find that you are ready to embark on this journey of healing, please contact me and I'd be honored to support you every step of the way.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2018, providing mental health and behavioral counseling services. My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has a unique life story, and our present experiences are often shaped by what we've encountered in the past. I also believe that our thoughts and behaviors influence how we engage in relationships and perceive the world around us.
I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person's cultural background and life experiences, maintaining a strong commitment to multicultural awareness and sensitivity. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered—I believe that you are the expert on your life. Together, we’ll explore patterns of behavior and uncover the core beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges. My role is to support and guide you with empathy and encouragement, helping to build self-awareness and make sense of past experiences.
Mental health is a journey. Feeling lost now doesn’t define your future. It takes courage and strength to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and empowerment every step of the way.
You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Maybe you are navigating the tough transition from a career of service back to the civilian world, or perhaps you are simply exhausted trying to balance the demands of work, home, and your own well-being. On the outside, you might be keeping it together, but on the inside, you are looking for a way to finally catch your breath.
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions.
I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Healing isn't a passive process, and if you are open to trying new strategies and committed to your own growth, we will make an incredible team in building your own shield of strength.
Children and teens are my happy place! I would never ask a client to grow and change before they are ready. Through a solution-focused approach, we move at a pace that is soothing for the individual. There is no time like the present to learn how to examine your feelings and then express them in a way that will help you flourish!
I have 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, and throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, and adolescents across a variety of settings, including shelters, outreach centers, schools, and hospitals.
These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels meaningful to them. I strive to embrace the full spectrum of life—the challenges, transitions, growth, joy, and everything in between—and provide a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your authentic self.
My approach is collaborative and centered around meeting you where you are. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about having the right support as you explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate obstacles, shift perspectives, and develop tools that allow you to move forward with greater confidence and hope.
Hello! Are you the “I’m fine”-sayer, who is actually struggling? My name is Heather, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping individuals who appear strong on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside. I work closely with clients navigating midlife and significant life events that quietly change us, drawing on real life experiences during our sessions.

I use evidence-based techniques while meeting each person where they are, helping individuals build confidence, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools they need to move forward with hope. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or navigating difficult relationship issues, please know that you do not have to face these challenges alone.
I am empathetic and create a safe space for individuals to feel safe, heard, and heal. Clients tell me I am easy to talk to and a good listener - and they leave sessions feeling better, clearer, and hopeful of their situation.
I’m a therapist who believes healing happens through compassion, honesty, and collaboration. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, and together we create a safe space to uncover strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I am Ryan Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas with over ten years of experience in mental health. Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently and lived in several communities early in life. I started college at Grambling State University in Louisiana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Working in correctional facilities showed me how trauma, grief, and unaddressed mental health struggles affect individuals and families. That experience inspired me to earn a master’s degree in Social Work so I could support people through their hardest moments.
Over the past decade, I have provided care across community mental health settings, correctional facilities, and telemental health platforms. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors.
I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist with six years of clinical experience in Texas and recent practice in Colorado. I specialize in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, using a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA‑affirming care and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are met where they are. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on practical strategies and meaningful progress.
Hello, I'm Lilyvette Perez, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of behavioral health experience. I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).

My approach is structured, collaborative, and compassionate, with treatment tailored to your symptoms, experiences, and goals. I provide telehealth therapy in English and Spanish for adults in Texas, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy to teens, adults, and couples. I collaborate with patients to find solutions to the challenges that disrupt their lives. Overcoming a crisis in your relationship, working your way through loss as you grieve a loved one or life change, managing feelings or moods that overwhelm you and keep you from healthy functioning......these are just a few of the reasons that people begin therapy. Whatever might be challenging you and keeping you from living your best life, we can find solutions together, in therapy. Let's get started!
Feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life is something many people experience, and counseling can provide a supportive space to work through those challenges. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment where we can identify your goals, work toward them together, and regularly evaluate your progress.
I especially enjoy working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as partners, family members, and caregivers who may also need support but often hesitate to ask for help. I also work with people who have been falsely accused and may be navigating stress, uncertainty, isolation, or difficult emotions that can feel overwhelming to manage alone.

Outside the therapy space, I enjoy arts and crafts, aromatherapy (especially a great-smelling candle!), and laughing with loved ones.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship breakups, and trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been working with families and children for over two decades as a teacher, a school counselor, and in private practice. I am here to help with the healing process and support emotions that arise through life’s many transitions. Rest assured that when working with me, you will be met with understanding, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.
Hi, I’m Christa Gibbs, M.Ed., LPC. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. With over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families, I strive to create an environment where people feel safe enough to be honest, grow, and heal.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based techniques while meeting each person where they are, helping clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools they need to move forward with hope. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind but don’t know where to put it? Maybe you’ve become used to keeping things to yourself, questioning whether your feelings are “important enough” to talk about, or trying to handle everything on your own. You may know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together.
My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage stress, stay grounded, and become more aware of what you need in the moment.
Therapy is not about having someone tell you what to do. It’s about having a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what has been weighing on you, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you respond to life’s challenges.
Reaching out can be the hardest part. You’ve already taken an important step by considering therapy.
**I will not be able to evaluate for disability, custody or court-related documents.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am dedicated to equipping clients with practical tools and strategies to foster resilience and promote healing. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a commitment to trauma-informed care, I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience helping adults and couples manage anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting adults navigating trauma, substance use concerns, and other significant life experiences that can impact identity, emotional well-being, and day-to-day functioning. My work is grounded in a collaborative, client-centered, and nonjudgmental approach, with an emphasis on creating a steady space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I have extensive experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs, including military veterans and those coping with combat-related trauma and life transitions following military service. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and EMDR, while tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and goals. At the core of my work is helping clients better understand themselves, reconnect with their sense of identity, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful way of living.
