You don’t have to second-guess yourself, because counseling is all about you. It’s a place where you will be understood, where you’ll be listened to, and where you will be supported. Our ultimate goal is to increase your overall well-being. I do my best to provide my clients with a safe and comforting environment where they are free to express themselves. My clients are able to explore their thoughts, current situations, address stressors, life changes, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and a multitude of issues. We can work together to set boundaries, improve relationships, increase healthy coping skills, and help you live a more joyful life.

Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.
You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it.
CBT helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship struggles, and more. I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful change.
Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born in Miami, Florida, but raised in SeatPleasant, Maryland...the DMV area for those who know! If these anxious thoughts make you feel not good enough and exhaust you, you’re not alone. These feelings can undermine your confidence and affect your professional and personal relationships. Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.

My experience as a service member for over a decade brings a unique perspective to my practice.
I see the therapeutic journey as similar to using a GPS. You're the driver, but your clinician is the GPS. You can choose where you want to go, but your clinician guides you to ensure you reach your destination. Together, we will explore your needs, and your perspective and learn more about you. Therapy is an investment you make for yourself, and it will benefit not only you but also your loved ones and the broader community by helping you become your best self.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy to teens, adults, and couples. I collaborate with patients to find solutions to the challenges that disrupt their lives. Overcoming a crisis in your relationship, working your way through loss as you grieve a loved one or life change, managing feelings or moods that overwhelm you and keep you from healthy functioning......these are just a few of the reasons that people begin therapy. Whatever might be challenging you and keeping you from living your best life, we can find solutions together, in therapy. Let's get started!
Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind but don’t know where to put it? Maybe you’ve become used to keeping things to yourself, questioning whether your feelings are “important enough” to talk about, or trying to handle everything on your own. You may know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together.
My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage stress, stay grounded, and become more aware of what you need in the moment.
Therapy is not about having someone tell you what to do. It’s about having a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what has been weighing on you, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you respond to life’s challenges.
Reaching out can be the hardest part. You’ve already taken an important step by considering therapy.
**I will not be able to evaluate for disability, custody or court-related documents.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.
