Hi, I'm Carla, and I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. Whether you're balancing work, family, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be practical. I won't just listen; we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I also value cultural humility and understand how life experiences, family expectations, identity, and personal values can shape the way we experience stress and healing. My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your self-worth, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you're ready to invest in yourself and start creating lasting change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing. In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in: • Complex trauma and PTSD • Addiction, substance use, and recovery support • Chronic pain and chronic illness • Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders • Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes • Co-occurring disorders • Disability Affirming Care • Limb Loss Support • Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.

Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

As a woman of color and Army combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I know from personal experience that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, it can be one of the most supportive and life-giving steps a person can take. As a clinician, I prioritize my own wellness and healing because I believe it helps me remain present, grounded, and effective in holding space for my clients. It is an honor to be invited into someone’s healing and growth journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy watching football (go Chiefs), attending festivals, and engaging in arts, crafts, and DIY projects. I also enjoy trying new food spots and taking time to rest and recharge. I view my work as a calling rather than just a job, and I am deeply grateful to do what I love.

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to YOUR individual needs and wants. I'm always eager to work with new individuals and have over 11 years of experience. Some of that experience includes working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, bullying, PTSD, bipolar disorder, marital concerns, childhood trauma, adult trauma, suicidal ideations, grief, stress, family conflict and relationship conflict. I like to utilize many approaches in my therapeutic sessions. Therapeutic practices include Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Adventured based therapy. I do not believe that one style works for everyone and I work to the strengths and goals of the people I serve. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help you navigate those feelings/symptoms. Seeking therapy can feel scary and overwhelming but I'm here to help with that process. You deserve a safe space to heal, grow and process your experiences at YOUR pace. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can manage and alleviate concerns that may be holding you back.
