Hello! My name is Donyell Davis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Services to Children and Families from Our Lady of the Lakes University. I have 14 years of experience in the social work field working with diverse populations. My clients often describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and attentive. I pride myself on being an open-minded lifelong learner with a keen interest in evidence-based practice interventions.
I chose to become a therapist because I discovered that blending the heart of a social worker with the professional skill set of an effective therapist profoundly enhances individuals’ quality of life. What sets me apart is my collaborative approach: we embark on this journey together to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, without rushing the process.
I enjoy working through issues that I have personally experienced like being a single parent, losing a spouse and the affects it has on the family system, raising a child with a disability, work-life balance, unhealthy relationships, lack of a support system, absence of a positive role model early in life, navigating life challenges, obtaining personal growth, and communication skills.
Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping adult clients navigate life transitions, manage depression and anxiety, communication issues, relationship issues, and address the challenges of trauma. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to regain control of their mental health and well-being. I am bilingual and have the ability to support those seeking services in Spanish.
I am an optimist that has worked in the mental health and substance use space since 2007 as both a clinician and music therapist. Most battles are won and lost before they are ever fought because our thoughts drive our feelings and affect our behaviors. The challenge becomes mastering our thought process. Figuring out "who" we are is more useful than "why" we are so important in our journey to overcoming challenges, being resilient and becoming who we want to be. I thoroughly enjoy exploring and cultivating holistic coping strategies and firmly believe everything is better with music and chocolate.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!

Miljana (Mina) Bajic, LCSW
My main professional interest and passion is insight-based psychology and existential psychodynamic therapy. I studied and practiced clinical psychology in Belgrade, Serbia for 15 years where I also received intensive training in psychodynamic therapy and worked with individuals, families, and groups. Since moving to Houston 12 years ago, I completed my graduate degree at the University of Houston, where I practiced therapy mostly with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, and grief. I taught courses to graduate students at the University of Houston on Spirituality and Aging, Group therapy, Grief/Bereavement therapy and Research Methodology.
My deep dedication to the understanding and acceptance of the most diverse human existential experiences and challenges has led me to explore a wide array of aspects and sources of knowledge both scientific (evidence-based), but also those stemming from the creative processes of making music, literature, film, and art. My basic belief is that ultimate healing and balance comes from the inward, often unpleasant, but deeply rewarding journey into ourselves that incorporates our habits and thoughts, but also our physical existence, emotional dynamic and spiritual needs and values. My goal as a therapist is to be a reliable, trusted companion in this journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. I love to see my clients grow into who they want to be and take joy in seeing them overcome obstacles life throw at them. I am able to tailor my therapeutic techniques to individual needs of clients. I work with adults (18+) and couples, offering services across Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Indiana. My practice focuses on individual growth, relationship dynamics, and relational wellness. I am currently completing specialized training with the Sexual Health Alliance as I pursue Board Certification as a Sex Therapist, bringing an informed, inclusive, and modern approach to intimacy, communication, and sexual well-being. My practice is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in creating a safe, neutral space for your personal and relational goals.
I am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and supportive space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. To ensure our sessions remain a focused and neutral space for your personal growth, I do not incorporate discussions or disclosures regarding political affiliations or religious beliefs into my practice. Hello, I'm Kim! I've wanted to be in a helping profession since I can remember; I just didn't know exactly how. I fell in love with Social Work during a global childrens’ health course in undergrad in 2005 and the rest is history. I’ve worked in many different professional settings including child welfare, managing group homes for individuals with disabilities, early intervention assessment and skills training, care management in a domestic violence survivor program, and as a mental health technician, social worker in an emergency department, therapist and Assistant Clinical Director in a psychiatric hospital. My diverse professional and personal backgrounds make me a holistic provider.

Hi, I'm Carla, and I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. Whether you're balancing work, family, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be practical. I won't just listen; we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I also value cultural humility and understand how life experiences, family expectations, identity, and personal values can shape the way we experience stress and healing.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your self-worth, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin — that's okay. I know that first step can feel like the hardest one to take. All you need is the willingness to take it.
I help adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, chronic health conditions, pain, or major life changes reconnect with themselves and feel more in control of their lives.
I began my social work career in 2006 in medical social work, hospice, and home health, supporting individuals and families through chronic illness, serious health concerns, loss, and difficult transitions. These experiences shaped my understanding of the deep connection between physical health and emotional well-being.
I became a mental health provider because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered. I'm passionate about helping people regain a sense of themselves, find hope, and develop tools to move forward through trauma, stress, and difficult circumstances. Sometimes life simply becomes too much, and it's okay to say, "This is hard," and ask for help.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, pain, medical trauma, and traumatic experiences.
My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, clinical hypnosis, IFS-informed and parts-based approaches, Ego State Therapy, Imaginal Nurturing, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), tailored to each client's needs and goals.
I believe wellness is holistic — we don't get sick one way, and we don't get well one way. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I'm here to support your whole-person well-being through counseling, so you can get back to being you and enjoy life again.
