In terms of my own self-care I enjoy walking outdoors as a means of reconnecting with nature. Recently, I rediscovered tennis, and have been playing doubles with a local group twice a week. I also recently started playing ping pong and pickleball.

Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based treatment. I graduated from Southern University at New Orleans with both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. As a wife and mother, I understand the complexities of life and am passionate about working with clients who have a genuine desire to change their lives for the better. I believe every client is the expert on themselves, and together, we can enhance their ability to function across different areas of life and achieve their treatment goals while prioritizing their safety and respect.
I’m someone who understands how overwhelming it can feel to be caught in life’s in-between space, whether it’s the end of a relationship, the shift in a friendship, or the uncertainty of what comes after graduation. I work with adults who are often relied upon by others but sometimes struggle to support themselves.
As a therapist and thought partner, I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into our work. I believe therapy is a place where you can take off the mask, slow down, and reconnect with who you are outside of expectations and pressure. My role is to walk alongside you as you process the past, make sense of where you are now, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I love helping clients identify what is holding them back in their lives and work on meeting new challenges with comfort and healing. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable and safe while they share their thoughts and feelings. I am here to be supportive but not tell you have to run your life- that is YOUR decision. I sort through the options, the barriers and the coping strategies available.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience helping clients. I am a proud ‘Appalachian-American’ that was born and raised deep in the mountains of Upper Northeast TN.
Although many of my personal life experiences are about what one would expect of someone growing up in East TN (cue banjo music🪕 ), my work experiences have been vastly different. I have been fortunate to get to work with individuals from all walks of life. I have worked with clients from preschool to post retirement. Thanks to the internet I have been able to help individuals across the globe, from various cultures, diverse religious beliefs, race, gender spectrums, socioeconomic status, etc. One thing I have learned in my work with all of these individuals is that although each of their stories are unique, ultimately, they all seek/want the same core things. I think much of my success in working with a wide assortment of clients is that I attempt to be open, understanding, curious and cultivate a nonjudgmental atmosphere for our sessions. The working relationship between a therapist and their client is a key factor to client’s achieving treatment goals.

I’ve accomplished over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from University of Tennessee and 10 additional years of experience specific to justice-related mental health counseling. I am the ideal therapist for someone interested in reaching goals and becoming their best version. I’m empathetic and can relate to life experiences and be open and honest in giving feedback and suggestions. A therapist with active listening skills is essential for clients to be heard. Being heard and understood without judgement is a major step in the healing process.
Hello and welcome. It means a lot that you’ve taken this step. Every person carries such a unique story shaped by resilience and strength. Sometimes, those stories can feel heavy or overwhelming, and we may find ourselves needing a space to breathe and process. My hope is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered to heal.
In our work together, I take a compassionate and collaborative approach that meets you where you are, supporting you in working through current challenges while building toward the future that is possible. I typically practice in the Solution-Focused umbrella, incorporating Narrative Therapy into my work. Solution-Focused Therapy helps you identify your strengths and move toward your goals; while Narrative Therapy encourages exploring one’s personal story from the past, separating the individual from their problems, and envisioning how you want your story to continue.
My experience consists of helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. I have taught parenting classes for many years, which allowed me to help parents strengthen their relationships with their children and build more confident, nurturing connections. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges families and individuals face, and reinforced my commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey toward healing and growth.
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, with 13 of those years dedicated to being a therapist. I am licensed to provide therapy to individuals across the state of Tennessee. It’s truly an honor to support people as they reconnect with themselves, rediscover hope, and move toward healing. Supporting others through life’s challenges is deeply fulfilling work, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be present with you on your journey.

Individual Therapy for
Sustainable Healing.
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and client that allows the person to work through their mental health struggles in a calm, safe, and confidential setting. Also known as individual psychotherapy, this kind of treatment is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a therapist to develop healthy coping skills for the long term. The beauty of individual therapy is the opportunity for flexibility, as treatment plans can be easily structured around your needs and background.
I love partnering with people on their journey to greatness. I use a strengths-based approach to help my clients see the choices that are always at their disposal to unlearn past harmful messaging or combat unrelenting present symptoms. As a Black woman, I always integrate the importance of diversity. Playing small to blend in doesn't serve anyone. Whether we're different based on external or internal attributes, we all need to embrace our beautiful and different qualities so that we can live an authentic life.
My work also focuses on boundaries, challenging thoughts, and improving communication skills. I integrate role plays, affirmations, accountability, and direct introspection exercises to aid clients in quieting the noise of societal norms to embrace their true joy. All sessions are client-focused, I don't come with my own agenda. I'm excited to help you live life with confidence on your own terms. I look forward to working with you.
My name is David Mancuso, and at the heart of my work is a belief that every person carries an untold story—one shaped by survival, family dynamics, unspoken pain, and the longing to feel whole. I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence in order to function. My approach blends depth-oriented psychotherapy with a direct, grounded style that invites honesty, clarity, and personal evolution.
I draw from years of clinical practice, trauma-informed training, attachment theory, and my own lived experiences navigating complex family systems. Because of that background, I understand what it means to rebuild a self from the inside out. Clients often come to me during moments of transition, emotional exhaustion, identity confusion, or relational upheaval. They stay because our work helps them find their center again.
While I bring a calm and steady presence, I also show up with real engagement. I don’t sit back passively—I’m interactive, reflective, and attuned to the subtle patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Therapy with me is an active process of reconnecting with your original self, strengthening your internal structure, and learning to move through the world with more confidence, emotional clarity, and integrity.
Above all, I care deeply about the people I work with. My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways—so you can step into a more grounded, connected, and empowered version of yourself.
Katherine spent the majority of her therapeutic career in a community based setting meeting with youths impacted by substance abuse, alcoholism, mental health and co occurring disorders within their homes and community’s. Katherine has worked with these youth and their families to help mend the ties that substance use has broken. Before starting her own practice, Katherine was a school social worker for youth and young adults with emotional, cognitive and other health impairments.

Hi, I’m Amy. I live in Missouri with my husband, our sweet dog, and two very sassy cats who keep life lively. Being both a military spouse and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions, challenges, and seasons of growth.
My journey into social work began with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska, followed by a master’s from the University of Maine. For more than 20 years, I’ve been walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, trauma, infertility, grief, and the everyday pressures of life. What I love most about this work is creating a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing is possible—and that resilience can grow even in the most difficult circumstances. Whether we’re working through painful past experiences or exploring new ways to cope with stress, my goal is to help you find hope, balance, and a deeper sense of self.

I have experienced anxiety and depression, poverty and wealth. I have had beauty and acceptance, age and neglect. I have given birth to four children, two that were incarcerated for crimes, and I have had them brought back to me renewed again in life. I've been sad and lonely and I have been on top of the mountain singing praises to the God of the Universe. Experiences, I've had too many to number, both good and bad, and I have learned from each and every one. Empathy I have for all, because I too have probably been there, or I could have been there easily enough. I have saved them all in my mind and heart so that I can help you through any of them you might need my help with. Sincerely, Deborah
