I believe that all humans have a fundamental need to be seen and heard. Every one of us matters and has the right to a good life. However, at times, one's world can become overwhelming and hard to tolerate, making it difficult to function in a healthy way. My goal is to empower clients to discover greater balance, clarity, and well-being in their lives. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I am here to help clients navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions while building healthier coping strategies.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my priorities are to listen and establish a connection. I want to hear your story in your own words and to understand what has led you to ask for help. My role is not to have all the answers, but to walk with you and offer input as you find your way toward peace. My wish for our first session is that you feel heard and valued, and that you leave with a sense of hope.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is all about being present with each person in the way that they need, and I believe that my strength is in connecting and fostering a sense of emotional safety.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have spent the past ten years working with motivated, high-achieving students and families in a suburban school setting. Without support, the demands of school, family life, social relationships, activities, and expectations can interfere with personal well-being and lead to unhealthy behaviors and patterns. My work focuses on helping clients examine values and mindsets, manage stress, improve emotional balance, and build healthy coping skills, particularly during times of pressure and transition.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

When encountering each client, it's important to remember that everyone operates with their own set of experiences and individual worldview. Therefore, there's no "one-size-fits-all" treatment modality. My goal is to draw from a variety of approaches and tailor treatment planning to match the unique needs of each client and situation.
