New to Grow
My counseling style is communicative and warm. I emphasize clients' strengths and life experiences, and encourage the clients as they move through their journeys of self-awareness and personal growth. I draw from a number of methodologies, which are tailored to fit the uniqueness of each individual, couple, or family. Among these are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked in this professional for the past 16 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
