What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Know that it's normal to feel anxiety when beginning the therapy process. In sessions, you can expect a warm and trusting environment of unconditional acceptance. The first couple of sessions will focus on getting to know one another and on identifying your specific goals. We will talk more in our first session about the therapy process and what to expect. I invite you to ask questions and share openly.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

As a psychotherapist certified in Neuropsychotherapy, I integrate the latest findings in neuroscience with compassionate, client-centered care to help you create lasting change from the inside out. By understanding how your brain responds to stress, trauma, and relationships, we can work together to rewire unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and foster a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection. This approach empowers you not just to cope—but to truly transform your life with insight, intention, and healing.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Trauma can leave lasting emotional wounds, but with the right support, healing is within reach. As a psychotherapist specializing in trauma therapy, I provide a safe, compassionate environment where you can begin to make sense of what you've been through and reconnect with your sense of self. Whether you're coping with the effects of childhood abuse, a recent traumatic event, or long-standing emotional pain, I use evidence-based approaches to help you process your experiences, build resilience, and regain control of your life. I incorporate treatment methods, such as trauma processing, narrative and somatic therapies, and EMDR. You don’t have to carry the weight of trauma alone—together, we can begin the journey toward healing and wholeness.
