I enjoy working with women's mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, boundary concerns, relationship stress, communication difficulties.
I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with my clients for 6 years. This evidenced based approach is effective with individuals that struggle with depression and anxious symptoms.
