Emotional and psychological traumas happen to everyone. It can be caused by a one time event, ongoing relentless stress or commonly overlooked events such as work, death, break-up/divorce, surgery, humiliating experience or childhood attachment wounds. Working through trauma alone is daunting, lonely, re-traumatizing. A trauma specialist can help with your healing.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
It’s really nice to meet you. I’m a licensed professional counselor, and I’ve spent years helping people work through tough emotions like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also have a special focus on supporting those who’ve faced emotional challenges because of their work or have been affected by toxic environments that impact both mental and physical health. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to about what’s going on, I’m here for you. Whether it's letting go of past struggles, managing stress, or figuring out how to navigate a tough time, we can work together to make sense of it all.
My approach is interactive, collaboration and compassion. We’ll work at your pace to uncover patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop strategies that align with your values and vision for the future. Sometimes, life takes unexpected turns, and things don’t always go as planned. But no matter where you’re at or how things have unfolded, you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help you find a way through.
Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness.
In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

As a Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients evolve into the best version of themselves. Hi! I'm Dana, a licensed therapist (LPC) in Philadelphia for adults who are tired of the way their past experiences keep impacting the way they show up in the present, who feel like their feelings are "too much", and who get stuck overthinking everything but are unable to make meaningful change stick.
If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and/or low self esteem; I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything 'wrong' with you. You aren't broken, you have simply learned to cope in ways that are no longer serving you. You don't need to be labeled or pathologized, you need to be supported by someone who actually gets you.
My full availability is not always listed on the Grow scheduling calendar. If you are interested in booking with me but don't see the date/time you were hoping for, please send me a message and I will see what I can do to accommodate you.
Being unhappy can take you by surprise. Sometimes the cause of it seems clear, like a sudden break up or the death of someone close to you. Other times it’s harder to say. You might be in a relationship that no longer feels the way it once did. You may have moved to a new place or started a new job and find yourself unsettled. Or you may feel that everything is “going well,” yet still, for whatever reason, you just aren’t happy. If any of this sounds like you, I can help.I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions, dating and relationship problems, adhd and other neurodivergent experiences, and depression and loneliness. My background and style are in client centered, psychodynamic therapy, in which I can help you to work through both the imminent problems that brought you to therapy, as well as the sometimes more deeply hidden problems that precede and inform these present day problems. I have a decade of experience working in a number of clinical settings, and prior to that have a background in the humanities and philosophy. My own experience working through both psychological and philosophical questions informs my work with clients. I believe that therapy can be a great place to really work through your thoughts about your life, with the benefit of an outside participant who can listen with openness and curiosity.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change.
While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling, and partner, I understand the pressure and expectations of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while staying motivated, focused, and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with, I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is someone ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.

I'm Della Brumskine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Canopy Clinical Group, a virtual therapy practice serving clients in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I work with adults navigating big life changes, relationship shifts, and the kind of moments that make you stop and ask "who am I now?" My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I bring a deep appreciation for the unique pressures of navigating multiple cultures, identities, and expectations at once. I meet clients fully virtually, so you can show up to sessions from wherever feels most comfortable for you.

"Unconditional positive regard with a side of personal responsibility." These two concepts are driving force in the work, I get the privilege to do with individuals who chose to allow me to join their journey. My first charge is to always create a safe space to say the hard things out loud, secondly its to charge the individual to define how they wish their life to look--that's the building block for creating change. This process can be messy, a bit scary, sometimes exhilarating and hopefully fulfilling. I have been working with individuals, couples and families at different changes of transitions for over 18 years varying from dealing with addictions to understanding the impacts of mental health. Each person is unique and deserves a safe space to share, be challenge and get constructive feedback to grow.

I imagine you find yourself here because there is something you are struggling with that maybe you could use some support in dealing with. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps you’ve got lots of negative, self-critical, or racing thoughts affecting your self-esteem. It could be that there's aspects of your relationships and social life that you're unhappy with. Life responsibilities like work or school might be stressful or unfulfilling. Whatever the case may be, it's my job to help you address it and start moving towards a life that feels more worth living. I use my experience and training to help you build insight, process emotions, gain skills, set goals, and take action.
I work with gay, queer and trans people, women, and adults of all races, ages and abilities. If you are looking for a safe therapist to be yourself with, we may be a good fit.
