“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”

My approach is always shaped by a deep commitment to understanding the unique needs of every client, placing your well-being at the very center of my practice. I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.

Hello, I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in the area of Christian based counseling as well as providing trauma informed care. I've been described as personable, insightful, and somewhat direct in my approach. I've found faith to be transformative in many of the lives of the clients that I work with. I use faith based CBT, EMDR, Predictive Processing Flash and other evidence based interventions to help people who are dealing with issues with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, depression, anger management, and other topics.
A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.

Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW and LISW) based in Pennsylvania and Ohio. I received my Masters from the University of Pittsburgh and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with an array of mental health disorders. I am able to work with a wide age range with struggles in everyday life stressors to trauma and everything in between.
I have been practicing for 9 years and enjoy working with people from all different walks of life. I'm passionate about helping people live an authentic life and learn skills to manage their mental health. I enjoy creativity and getting outdoors. I try to include elements of these into therapy as all areas of our health are interconnected. I use a variety of approaches while keeping the client in the center. Some of these approaches include CBT and ACT while keeping a trauma informed perspective. I enjoy grief work and helping people process through this challenging time.
