Seeking help is a sign of health, a recognition of a need for change, and a desire to have greater well-being. If it were not for the fact that we humans discovered we needed each other, we would not have survived. Seeking help is not only courageous but also necessary for us to thrive. I aim to walk with you shoulder to shoulder through this process to help you attain the goals in therapy you seek. 'Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the judgment that something is more important than fear.' I received my Master of Arts in Education in Community/Agency Counseling from Virginia Tech in 1995 and my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in 2021. For nearly 30 years, I have counseled in the field of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency in various environments. Hello. My name is John. I bring with me over 27 years of doing therapy. In addition to clinical psychology, I have backgrounds and education in music education, philosophy, spirituality and religion. My background and life experience gives me an ability to seek a larger picture of situations in life and offer unique resolutions to things that may occur in the course of one's life.
I am a strong believer in the individual's ability to address and resolves problems their own issues. It is my belief and practice to treat the person, not the symptom or problem. My approach is one of assisting you in identifying various aspects of what brings you to therapy, including but not limited to, the strengths and limitations you bring, your life situation, the context of your life and the issue, the portion others and your environment may be contributing to your situation and the impact all of these element have on what is going on in your life.
An integral part of this process is assisting you in increasing and understanding and awareness of yourself. Often, we get so caught up in the day-to-day activities that it feels kind of like one is an automaton. Person growth involves having choices and there is no choice where there is no awareness. Raising a level of self-awareness increases your ability to have and make choices.
Through exploration of all these factors and possibly more, we will work toward a resolution that works for you and one that allows you to live a fuller and happier life.

Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career.
Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.
Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session.
My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.

Hi, I am honored you are taking time out of your busy day to consider me as your therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. I received my Masters in Social Work from Marywood University and have been practicing for 20+ years.
I assist individuals like you — thoughtful, resilient, and ready to face the hard things, even when they feel confusing or uncertain - through empathy, compassion, and challenge.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
