Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the state of Pennsylvania, I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in Pennsylvania. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have been a clinician for 10 years working in all different areas of behavioral health. As of 1/7/2025 only accepting individual clients for new referrals!
My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I work from a relational, psychodynamic, family-systems, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective. Feel free to reach out for more information!

Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves.

My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. I'm someone who tries to be as down to earth as I can be. My clients know that I'm "just a dude" who is trying his best to navigate life just like everyone else, and I bring this approach with me into the counseling space. I pride myself on being humble, understanding, and compassionate, and I try my hardest to make sure that my clients know they are valued.
Because of this, I try to be as flexible as I can be in my practice. I work nearly every evening and on weekends, because I value meeting people where they are and where they need me.
I work with populations of individuals struggling with addiction, bipolar, sexual identity concerns, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and victims of trauma, among other diagnoses.

I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."

certificates in the treatment of PTSD, addiction, Gestalt therapy, and dual diagnosis.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when
clients feel safe, understood, and supported while gaining insight into emotional patterns and life
experiences. Outside of therapy, I value mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness, and I often integrate

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have experience with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.
I'm Steven Mollura, the therapist who brings enlightenment by exploring the darkness. Together we face what you fear most, reclaim wholeness, and step fully into truth. Direct, no-nonsense mental health service that helps you break free from limiting beliefs and step into the life you deserve.
This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about ending the war inside you. For those who want peace within and without.
If you are looking for someone to hold your hand while you let the world beat you to death, look elsewhere. I'm not for you. If you're ready to walk into hell, I'm ready to walk right next to you.
The first step is yours. Are you coming?

I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or anxious. I provide support as well as pride myself in a person centered approach, meeting my client where they are, and helping them to meet goals that they wish to achieve. I am compassionate about working with individuals facing infertility or health challanges.
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
