Greetings, I'm Taylor Isley Clark, the founder of Finding Healing and Balance Clinical Practice. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My professional journey has been enriched by working with children, adolescents, and adults in both family and individual settings. Over the past several years, I've had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds. I've witnessed remarkable transformations and progress, whether it was during in-home sessions, at schools, in homeless shelters, or through telehealth services. The potential for positive change is truly inspiring.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 9 years of experience. I'm passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I have extensive experience and training working with a variety of needs including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-injury, behavior and emotion-based challenges, trauma, problematic sexual behavior, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
My aim is to empower, support, and motivate clients to develop tools in the areas of emotion regulation, communication, and self-awareness to aid in reducing unhealthy behaviors, relationships, and barriers.
Hi, I am so glad you have decided to take a step in healing from your past.
I specialize in working with people who grew up in families where there was some type of instability or turmoil. This could have been from addiction, mental health, abuse, neglect, anger, poverty, foster care placement, religious trauma or anything that caused some form of trauma. Oftentimes times those who grew up in this type of situation feel responsible for it or that somehow they should have fixed it.
I can provide telehealth services in WA, FL, United States Virgin Islands, and PA. I have been in the field of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years. I have worked in many aspects of field from case management to therapist. I have worked with many of my local community agencies to support the diverse populations. I have worked with mostly youth, ages birth to 21, and families. I have worked at a recovery center as a dual diagnosis (substance use and mental health) therapist. I have obtained my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and substance use disorders from Walden University. I am a national certified counselor, EMDR trained, and ADHD-CSSP (ability to provide ADHD evaluations).

Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently able to work with individuals residing in Pennsylvania, Delaware Washington, and Hawaii. As a mental health therapist, my focus areas include mood disorders (such as anxiety and depression), life coaching, career advising and women's issues. I worked in education for over 15 years prior to starting in the behavioral health field, and gained an abundance of experience with neurodiversity as it pertains to ADHD and learning differences as well. I'm happy to provide psychoeducation on these and other topics as well.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

I approach each person with honesty, compassion, an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the box. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in helping people uncover the answers that align with their own journey, empowering them to recognize their strengths and make meaningful connections that foster growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.
