Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can be a big step, and finding the right therapist, someone you feel comfortable with and can trust, is an important part of that process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My background in case management has given me a broad understanding of the many challenges that can impact emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life. Together, we will identify your goals, explore the challenges you are facing, and develop strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work collaboratively with you to build trust and create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Welcome, it is great to have you here! My name is Marielle and I have been in the social work field for 5+ years working with individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and in schools. My specialties within a therapy setting include working with individuals with chronic illness, disabilities, and anxiety disorders. While these are my specialties, everyone is welcome in this space. I look forward to meeting you!
For over thirty years I have had the privilege of providing therapy to individuals who have experienced challenges in life such as trauma, abuse and loss. In my work I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). The decision regarding which modality is used is a joint decision made with the client and myself based on an open discussion about my client's needs and what they are comfortable with.

You may feel exhausted from constantly worrying, replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, checking or seeking reassurance, trying to stay ahead of what could go wrong, or managing emotions that feel overwhelming. Maybe painful experiences continue to affect you, or you keep finding yourself in patterns you understand but cannot seem to change.
Nastassja helps clients look beneath the symptoms to understand what may be keeping them stuck, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes. Her approach is warm, analytical, compassionate, practical, and values-driven. She believes you are more than your struggles and seeks to understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, beliefs, values, and goals. Her work helps clients develop the tools to respond differently to life’s challenges and make choices aligned with what truly matters to them. Christian counseling and faith-integrated therapy are available upon request.
As a holistic therapist, I believe real change happens when you feel understood, supported, and given practical tools that fit your life. I’m down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely curious about what makes you *you*. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want—one step at a time. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and will both feel with you and for you when you are in a tough situation. While I consider myself a safe and nonjudgmental person, I will challenge you once we have built a relationship to ensure you are focused on your growth.

I work with adults who are ready to do the inner work, even if they’re not totally sure where to start. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, explore the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and build tools that actually make a difference day to day. I pull from CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches to keep things practical and focused, but I also believe in the power of slowing down, getting curious, and creating space for growth.
Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and challenged in all the right ways. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest. Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
It is very important to me to meet my patients where they are with a collaborative approach to assist in normalizing some of the issues they experience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will assist you with management of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and establishing a strong skill set to increase quality of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping to gain insight, build coping skills and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.

As an LCSW licensed in Pennsylvania, I provide compassionate, supportive telehealth therapy throughout the state. I work with clients navigating grief and loss, depression, stress and daily life challenges, family dynamics, and women’s issues. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore ways to feel more grounded and supported. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.

Hi! I am Clarissa Hummel Clare, LPC. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree, I had the opportunity to work in multiple community settings as a caseworker. Through this work, I realized my desire to be able to work with people in reaching personal goals through talk therapy. I graduated from Villanova University with a master’s in counseling and human services. Upon graduation, I worked in schools, community centers and private practices gaining knowledge of different therapeutic approaches to better assist in the helping field. I look forward to continuing to help people reach desired goals while providing a safe and judgement free environment to encourage open and authentic communication with one another.
