Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. Together we can identify what's not working, explore thoughts, feelings, and core concerns, in order to create better balance.
I'm Fred. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience in both medical and behavioral health settings, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and addictions. My approach is practical and collaborative — rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and supported by evidence-based tools. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can challenge unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University, where I also minored in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. My professional background is rooted in advocacy, social justice, and client-centered, trauma-informed care.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support adolescents, young adults, and adults through deeply human experiences such as interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, racial identity, complex trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, Psychoanalytic, and Psychodynamic therapy—always held within a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. This is more than treatment—it’s connection, truth-telling, and reclamation.
I work with you to explore the unconscious roots of your present-day distress—unraveling long-standing relational patterns, internal conflicts, and attachment wounds. Together, we examine how your early experiences have shaped your sense of self and relationships, not to stay in the past, but to understand it with compassion and gain new freedom in the present. I honor the complexity of healing—holding space for ambiguity, contradiction, and growth that unfolds over time.
When requested, I integrate Christian counseling techniques—offering faith-based support if you want to explore your relationship with God and see your journey through a Christ-centered lens. Whether your faith is strong or just beginning, I use spiritual reflection, Scripture, and prayer as grounding tools for meaning-making, motivation, and healing. I aim to co-create a space where you can breathe deeper, speak freer, and begin again without shame. This is your space to show up as you are—to be witnessed in your becoming and reclaim your story.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I received my Masters Degree from Lock Haven University. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages. I began my career working with children and families and now I work with all ages. Hello and welcome! I’m Beth, and I’m so glad you’re here taking this important first step toward self-care. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. You may be feeling a loss of motivation, overwhelmed by emotions, or worried about a child. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I believe EVERYONE deserves to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can face challenges, find empowerment, and build a sense of security to move forward with confidence.
As a highly sensitive and empathetic person, I deeply value compassion and authenticity. As a wife and mother of two young adults, we definitely have our moments of driving each other a little crazy! I find my balance by spending time outdoors and enjoying plenty of chocolate!!! The tools and strategies I share with my clients are ones I’ve personally used, and my experiences as a therapist, educator, mother, wife, daughter, and friend allow me to connect as a genuine and relatable ally in the therapeutic process.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 20 years teaching in Philadelphia, working with students who often faced significant emotional and mental health challenges. During that time, I witnessed how the education system prioritized academics over addressing these deeper struggles. Over time, I came to realize that my true calling was to support children on a more personal level, which inspired me to pursue my degree in mental health counseling and begin the work I’m so passionate about today.
As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, I’m deeply committed to advocating for children who aren’t getting the support they need. I also find it incredibly meaningful when adult clients share that they’ve always felt something was “off,” only to later discover that ADHD may have played a role in their experiences.

That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.

I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I will use a variety of approaches (including cognitive-behavior, emotion-focused, and person-centered therapies) to help you explore your emotional needs, understand yourself and your relationship patterns, and make responsible choices in your relationships with the people you care about.
