Hi there, I'm Theresa. Do you feel overwhelmed, do you feel no matter what you try, or what you do, nothing changes? Are you struggling with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals that just feel plan stuck, stuck in their personal life, stuck in problem solving and stuck in this thing we call life. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I love to integrate measurable goals so that you build upon small goals that create change! Whether you're dealing with feeling overwhelmed, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many are balancing demanding work, family, or creative lives while struggling with inner pressure, self‑criticism, or the sense that they’re “never doing enough.” Clients often come to therapy with concerns such as: Anxiety and overthinking that make it hard to rest or enjoy life. ADHD‑related challenges like disorganization, procrastination, or feeling inconsistent in motivation and focus. Relationship patterns that lead to conflict, people‑pleasing, or emotional distance. Work–life imbalance and burnout from constantly trying to meet others’ expectations. Low motivation or self‑doubt despite external success or accomplishments. Depression, feeling lost and how to recapture love for life. My approach is person‑centered and collaborative—grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique experience. Together we explore strengths, values, and emotions to build insight and practical skills for everyday life. The goal isn’t perfection, but greater self‑understanding, balance, and confidence in navigating relationships, responsibilities, and personal growth.

I have had multiple sessions now with Theresa and grow even more fond of her each time. She is an incredible listener and always has effective feedback when needed; even the harshest truths she can bring to your attention while still remaining empowering and enlightening. She's a warm, welcoming spirit in which I've had the pleasure and privilege of working with that has truly impacted me and my progress.
