My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

There are 3 reasons when I am legally bound to report, since I am a mandated reporter: 1. You threaten to kill the president 2. You threaten to harm yourself. 3. You threaten to harm someone else.
