👋 Hi, I’m Jen — a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Music Therapist. I work with children, teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, or just that nagging feeling that life shouldn’t feel this hard. My sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and human. You won’t find therapy jargon or long awkward silences here (unless you need a second to think... then we’ll embrace it).
My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and music therapy. Sometimes that means diving into tough conversations, sometimes it means finding small ways to breathe again. I meet you where you are and help you get unstuck: one honest, real moment at a time.
Before private practice, I worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia providing individual and group therapy for adolescents with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I also supported patients and families on the Oncology, Behavioral Health, PICU, and NICU units, and those navigating grief and loss. Those experiences taught me that healing rarely looks perfect, and that progress often starts with showing up, even when you don’t feel ready.
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of what’s going on and find a little more ease in the middle of it all. Whether you’re ready to talk, vent, process, or just exist in the moment — I’ve got you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University, where I also minored in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. My professional background is rooted in advocacy, social justice, and client-centered, trauma-informed care.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support adolescents, young adults, and adults through deeply human experiences such as interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, racial identity, complex trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, Psychoanalytic, and Psychodynamic therapy—always held within a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. This is more than treatment—it’s connection, truth-telling, and reclamation.
I work with you to explore the unconscious roots of your present-day distress—unraveling long-standing relational patterns, internal conflicts, and attachment wounds. Together, we examine how your early experiences have shaped your sense of self and relationships, not to stay in the past, but to understand it with compassion and gain new freedom in the present. I honor the complexity of healing—holding space for ambiguity, contradiction, and growth that unfolds over time.
When requested, I integrate Christian counseling techniques—offering faith-based support if you want to explore your relationship with God and see your journey through a Christ-centered lens. Whether your faith is strong or just beginning, I use spiritual reflection, Scripture, and prayer as grounding tools for meaning-making, motivation, and healing. I aim to co-create a space where you can breathe deeper, speak freer, and begin again without shame. This is your space to show up as you are—to be witnessed in your becoming and reclaim your story.
Hello, I’m Alecia Denillo, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Elevthera Wellness. I provide a warm, supportive space where adults can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented, helping clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools for change. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, therapists, and individuals navigating family-of-origin dynamics, boundaries, and healing from difficult relationship experiences.
I’m a therapist who believes mental health care should feel approachable, supportive, and grounded in genuine human connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore challenges without pressure or pretense. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your patterns.
A balance of empathy and practicality shapes my clinical work. I integrate evidence-based techniques with authentic, real conversations. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we work together to build insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and over 19 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult moments. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing is a journey—and that everyone deserves a safe, understanding space to be seen, heard, and supported along the way.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, ADHD, stress, grief, anger management, and life transitions. I am deeply committed to helping clients feel empowered as they explore their unique challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, tailored to meet each person where they are. Whether you're seeking tools to manage day-to-day stress or processing more complex emotional pain, I aim to walk alongside you with compassion, clinical insight, and respect for your lived experience.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with more than 16 years of professional counseling experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Hello! My name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have 15+ years providing therapy and supportive service to children, teenagers, adults, and older adults across Pennsylvania.
My experience includes Outpatient Mental Health, Outpatient and Inpatient Addiction, School Based Therapies and Services, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Survivors, and Children and Adults of all genders and identities.
If you’re feeling stuck in the same painful patterns—whether that looks like anxiety, relationship stress, disconnection, overwhelm, or difficulty navigating a major life transition—you’re not alone. I help adults and couples better understand the patterns beneath their distress, especially the ways past experiences, attachment wounds, and current stressors can shape emotions, relationships, and self-worth. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I work to create a space where you feel genuinely supported while also making meaningful progress. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you move toward healthier relationships, greater emotional clarity, and lasting change.
I believe in client centered therapy, having worked with clients with a variety of backgrounds and needs, I know how everyone can benefit from a supportive and empowering environment. I believe therapy works best when we find the right balance between exploring our histories and helping you get through the now. Everyone's balance may look a little different, but we can work together to help you find it.
Hi, welcome.
I am so proud of you for taking the first step into your healing journey. My name is Erica and I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults for over 15 years. I have a strong knowledge base of resources in the Philadelphia metro area.
I recently had my second child and currently only have DAYTIME availability due to current clients having established evening sessions.
I became a mom during COVID, which was a big transition for me and quite the journey. This means I can provide insight, compassion and knowledge about parenting issues, fertility struggles, traumatic labor and delivery and pregnancy loss.
My experience includes case management and psychiatric acute care or what people call partial hospitalization; basically, I ensured that myself and my team helped clients stabilize during or after a crisis.
I started my career in case management working with children and families, connecting them to community resources, and therapies, then I grew into acute care, running children and adolescent group therapy, family therapy and individual and crisis counseling. I have some experience in the Department of Corrections, addictions and juvenile justice. I returned to acute care, this time working with adults and then finally into individual counseling. Since most of my history is in acute care, I have a passion for working in crisis and trauma, working with all demographics. My extensive background in crisis and trauma allows me the compassion and space for those needing a little extra support, to check my email and text those clients throughout the day.
I have recently completed Rutgers Certificate Program in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention, as well as Completed the Dare to Lead, program by Brene Brown.

Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.
I'm Jade Leonard, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Army veteran, and trauma informed professional who's dedicated to helping people reclaim their lives. I specialize in DBT, trauma informed care, and Solution Focused modalities. Through a combination of evidence-based strategies and compassionate guidance, I help clients regulate emotions, heal from trauma, and build the life they want. My mission is simple, to transform strength into growth, pain into resilience, and challenges into opportunity.

Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I'd like to work together if you think we'd be a good fit. In my practice, I work with clients to explore the roots of such issues as family, grief, stress, anxiety, and relationships.
Together, we’ll look at the coping skills that once helped but may no longer serve you and identify the triggers and patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll consider how your past and present interactions shape your experiences today.
I like to look at strengths and put you at the center of your story while staying true to my feminist and LGBTQ-affirming values. I’m an active, engaged therapist—warm, accessible, and not afraid to bring humor into the room when it’s helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where we can explore your story with curiosity and care, and where growth feels possible.
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
My name is Beth Ann Bunting, and I am a LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 30 years of experiencing supporting individuals and families. I've helped clients navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, amputations and traumatic brain injuries. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, heard, and supported, so I strive to create a calm, encouraging environment where growth can change can take place.
My goal as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and potential. Whether you're looking for understanding, coping skills, or a path toward deeper healing, I'm here to help guide that process with compassion and care.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I received my Doctorate degree in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Minnesota and have been practicing for 8 years. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with anxiety, chronic health conditions, depression, loss and grief, stress, trauma, and relationship issues such as boundaries, parenting, intimacy, infidelity, trust, and more.
I work with clients to process and heal psychological and relational pain. I believe that therapy is both science and art. The art of therapy can be seen as a joint venture between clients and therapists, and the science reflects in providing assessments, treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions. I believe in the collaboration between clients as experts in their lives and myself as a therapist who is trained in providing therapy services.
I provide mental health therapy, sports performance counseling, and vocational guidance. I work with individuals who have sustained neurological trauma, including concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI). I work alongside athletes with improving their mental health and athletic performance. I work with undergraduate and graduate students struggling with academic performance and pressure. I also work with young professionals making the transition to the workforce after school. I also specialize in coping skill development, anxiety, stress management, mood disorders caused by endocrine dysfunction, and performance enhancement.
Services focus on executive functions, including organization, decision-making, problem-solving, cognitive reframing, and discipline. Cultivating emotional wellbeing is a treatment priority. Greatness lies on the other side of adversity. You are stronger than you know. Take charge of your mental health.

Hi there!
Are you looking for a therapist who will simultaneously be your cheerleader and challenger? Who will empower you to step into the best version of yourself and take charge of your mental health and life?
Look no further.
My name is Iris and I am a Masters-level clinician who is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology.
I offer an eclectic range of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, existential therapy, Christian perspective, positive pschology, and more. My goal is to create a safe space for self-discovery, healing, and challenging oneself. I am comfortable being both directive and non-directive as I believe in meeting each client where they are at.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my German Shepherd, Dozier, creative writing, participating in theatre, weightlifting, spending time with friends, and traveling.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!
Hey, I’m Mariah — a trauma therapist who keeps it real. I help emotionally exhausted men and women heal from toxic relationships, stop overthinking everything, and actually feel like themselves again. If you're stuck in a cycle that’s draining you or constantly wondering if you’re the problem (spoiler: you’re not), I’m here to help you get unstuck and take your power back. If you don’t see any available appointments here, I often have additional availability for therapy intensives in my private practice. You can contact me via my website contact form zenwithzur.com, if you have questions or are curious if this would be a good fit for you!
My clients come to me because they want to deepen and strengthen their relationships - not just with each other, but with themselves. They want to understand the family and societal systems that shaped them into who they are today, and to heal old wounds and trauma so that they can move forward from a place of strength, healing, and connection. Many of my clients exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, and have struggled to find a therapist who will understand and not further stigmatize their identities, and who is committed to unlearning systems of oppression. I seek to provide a healing space for them.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Gottman therapies in my work, as well as specializing in working with LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients understand and articulate different "parts" of themselves, and deepen their curiosity and compassion for the parts that present barriers to healing.
My constant intention is to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, as well as a safe and affirming space for you to explore your strengths and challenges. I welcome feedback at every step of the process - communication is the backbone of any relationship, including the therapeutic one! I look forward to hearing from you and taking our next step.

Everyone deserves to feel heard and believed. One of my first goals in working with you will be to discuss how to create a space and relationship where you feel safe and respected while coming up with a plan to meet your unique needs. Therapy with me is not a place where you are given band-aids. While many techniques I employ can help in the immediate, our goal is to find long-lasting change. This may be uncomfortable or difficult at times, but through that discomfort comes deeper understanding and insight, and ultimately a more healed and meaningful existence. Every human being is unique and you deserve to experience therapy that fits your unique needs rather than a one sized fits all approach. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatment methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed modalities and will work with you in our sessions to find what works best for you.
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Edinboro University (2017). Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges—first in social services and, for the past three years, in private practice.
My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and solution-focused. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing and personal growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be grateful to be part of your journey.
Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree.
I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.
Hello and welcome to my practice.
I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 40s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This stage of life can bring many questions about identity, purpose, relationships, and direction. My work focuses on helping you better understand your experience and how you want to show up in the world.
You might be feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to see yourself and your experiences more clearly.
Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body, the people around you, and the broader world. By bringing awareness to these experiences, we can begin to uncover new possibilities and directions. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you respond to life and how you move forward.
Hi, I'm Dr. Ryan Buhite. I'm a "down-to-earth" person who enjoys getting to know people and what will help them succeed. I am passionate about helping others grow, change, and reach their full potential. I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is a critical component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them get through life’s challenges, such as major life changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I customize science-based interventions for my clients' situations that make positive changes in thier lives. I received my Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) from Wright State University in 2007 and have been Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Psychology since 2014. Following graduate school, I served in the United States Air Force as a clinical psychologist, treating clients, consulting with leadership, and training young clinicians. In the Air Force, I received extensive training from nationally recognized experts in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma so I could be effective in treating our nation's service men and women. While I have experience working with many different clinical concerns, I specialize in working with veterans, those with anxiety and depression, trauma, and men's issues.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused, providing a balance of empathy and insight. As an individual and a couples therapist, I strive to create an environment where both men and women feel comfortable and engaged in the process. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or your relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Robyne, an intuitive trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I hold several certifications in trauma, attachment, nutrition, and somatic care, which allow me to approach treatment from a holistic perspective—addressing the mind, body, and soul. In addition, I am a certified Reiki master. This allows me to connect energetically with clients and work with those who want a deeper understanding.
I specialize in working with unresolved trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate and straightforward. I believe in creating a warm, safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. While I’m honest and direct in our work together, I also bring empathy, humor, and flexibility to each session.
Above all, I aim to help you find balance between mind, body, and soul so that you can move toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.
