Hello, I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania. I have worked in the counseling field for many years. I work from a framework of solution focused therapy but utilize many strategies and therapeutic techniques. Overall I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance to make individuals feel comfortable in sharing the struggles that have brought them to therapy, and in realizing they deserve the assistance that will help them flourish and obtain the things in life they are striving for.
I am committed to helping you achieve your own personal definition of success by helping you explore your strengths and inner truths. I take a holistic approach to counseling and believe that happiness is found when your life feels balanced in all areas. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are trying to find their path in life.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
My name is Dr. Melissa E. Garrett-Moultrie, and I’m a licensed professional counselor in Texas, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, behavioral specialist, and consultant. I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, parenting challenges, grief and loss, gender identity, OCD, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and the effects of physical, sexual, or emotional trauma. I strive to create a supportive, understanding environment where clients can explore their feelings and work toward their goals. My counseling style is warm, direct, supportive, and interactive, grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, and rational-emotive approaches. My background includes individual, family, couples, and group counseling in settings. I also have experience working with multicultural and diverse populations across all age groups. My aim is to support, encourage, and empower every step of the way.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating life's challenges, including stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I approach therapy with cultural humility and awareness, recognizing how identity, background, and the world around us can shape our experiences and mental health. My goal is to empower you to gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults, couples, and families. I offer telehealth sessions in a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and safe to explore their concerns.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients dealing with stress, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen relationships so they can feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of their lives.
I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and supportive as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I’m a therapist who believes mental health care should feel approachable, supportive, and grounded in genuine human connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore challenges without pressure or pretense. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your patterns.
A balance of empathy and practicality shapes my clinical work. I integrate evidence-based techniques with authentic, real conversations. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we work together to build insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
I am a psychologist with over thirty years of experience working with adults and children. My goal is to listen and be present with you as you share what you feel is getting in your way of being happy and successful in life. I will challenge you gently where it seems this is needed and help you develop new ways of understanding and handling existing challenges. I can help you if you are having relationship issues you are trying to figure out or resolve, whether they be past or present. I can help you if you can't stop a maladaptive habit or behavior that bothers you. I will listen and validate if you need to process a prior trauma to help you move beyond it or address current stressors in your life.
You love God—but your relationships still feel anxious, consuming, and confusing.
You overthink texts, feel deeply affected by someone’s mood or distance, and find yourself giving more than you receive. You’ve prayed about it, tried to “have more faith,” and told yourself to just trust God—but the anxiety keeps showing up anyway.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken—and you’re not lacking faith. You may be stuck in patterns of anxious attachment and codependency that keep you feeling insecure, even when you desire healthy, God-centered relationships.
I specialize in working with Christian women who feel caught in these cycles. In our work together, we don’t just talk about your thoughts—we get to the root of why your nervous system feels unsafe in relationships and begin to change those patterns. You’ll learn how to:
• Feel emotionally secure without constant reassurance
• Stop overanalyzing and fearing abandonment
• Set healthy, confident boundaries
• Break cycles of chasing or losing yourself in relationships
• Develop a deeper, more grounded trust in both yourself and God
My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with your faith in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. This isn’t surface-level advice or “just pray more”—it’s real healing work that helps you experience lasting change.
I offer private pay sessions for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode in relationships and step into clarity, peace, and emotional stability.
If you’re ready to feel secure, grounded, and aligned in your relationships, I’d be honored to work with you.
I believe that you have the strength in you to make big changes, and I am here to support and empower you to reach whatever goals you may have set. I understand that your relationship with your therapist is integral to you being successful in reaching your desired results. I have an optimistic mindset and work to encourage and build up the clients I see.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a masters degree in clinical social work and an additional masters in the sex therapy track of a human sexuality of education masters program. Hello. I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with over thirty years of experience teaching students and adults and children meet social and emotional challenges created by a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood Problems, and OCD. I help people overcome a variety of difficulties to gain a self confidence and a sense of relief from day to day difficulties.
Welcome. Taking the step to seek support is not always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.
As a licensed counselor, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I am well versed in helping others establish healthy relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, creating space for more balanced and empowering perspectives. At the same time, I incorporate principles like radical acceptance to support you in making peace with what cannot be changed, while still moving forward in meaningful ways.
Because trauma is not only something we think about—but something we carry—I also integrate body-based (psychosomatic) approaches. These techniques help you reconnect with your body, process stored stress or trauma, and build a greater sense of safety and regulation from within.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone—healing is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
As a Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients evolve into the best version of themselves. I specialize in supporting those navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions, and I’m committed to breaking cycles of self-doubt, self-sabotage, and emotional pain rooted in trauma or cultural conditioning.
My approach blends evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Supportive Therapy, with a deep understanding of your unique story. At EJM Therapy, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up fully without shame or stigma.
For many clients such as yourself, finding a place to share openly without fear of judgment can feel impossible. Somewhere you can laugh, cry, scream, or all three. Here, you are heard, seen, and supported. Therapy can be the recipe for unstoppable healing and unshakable peace. If you’re ready to move forward, I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s talk.
I believe that true well-being is achieved through an Acceptance and Commitment towards Change. My practice, ACC LLC, takes a holistic, person-centered approach to address mental health and behavioral concerns. After over 20 years dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and groups, my goal remains simple: to empower and assist you in healing through the natural, yet often challenging, process of change.
You are not alone in this journey. Help is only a phone call away.

In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Hi! I'm a Licenced Professional Counsellor (LPC) and Holistic Sex Therapist (HST) based in Pennsylvania. I help couples and individuals work through mental health and sexual issues. I use a variety of techniques to ensure you are able to meet the goals that we set up so you can feel successful
Most couples don’t need more talking—they’re stuck in patterns that keep leading to the same conflict or disconnection. I help individuals and couples identify those patterns and understand how they show up in real time, not just in hindsight. From there, we actively practice new ways of responding so change actually happens, not just insight. My approach is direct, experience-based, and grounded in ACT, with space for faith when it matters to you.
I am a compassionate caring healer adept at providing a safe space for vulnerability and deep understanding. I draw on my own growth journey ensuring a non judgmental partnership focused on co created goals and treatment methods. I use evidence-based therapy such as CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR
I use a warm, non-judgmental approach to help clients better understand their patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving and to learn to cope and communicate in healthier ways.
I would describe my style as validating, supportive, and down to earth. Clients often share that they feel comfortable being their authentic selves with me, which is one of my highest priorities in the therapy space. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, creating a balance of humility and wisdom. While I don’t claim to know everything, I work hard to share what I’ve learned while remaining open and collaborative.
I view therapy as a relationship that parallels the important connections in your life. I will meet you where you are, get to know you on your terms, and walk alongside you as you move toward growth. Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
Hello! I have almost 30 years experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals and families struggling and with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self esteem issues and more. I specifically find meaningful work with families in the LGBTQ community who have difficulty navigating life in this world of hate and prejudice. Life transitions such as losing a partner, a job, moving or becoming an empty nester are examples of other issues that I have guided my clients through over the years. I am open to helping anyone who wants to make changes to have a more meaningful and happier life!
My clients come to me because they want to deepen and strengthen their relationships - not just with each other, but with themselves. They want to understand the family and societal systems that shaped them into who they are today, and to heal old wounds and trauma so that they can move forward from a place of strength, healing, and connection. Many of my clients exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, and have struggled to find a therapist who will understand and not further stigmatize their identities, and who is committed to unlearning systems of oppression. I seek to provide a healing space for them.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Gottman therapies in my work, as well as specializing in working with LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients understand and articulate different "parts" of themselves, and deepen their curiosity and compassion for the parts that present barriers to healing.
My constant intention is to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, as well as a safe and affirming space for you to explore your strengths and challenges. I welcome feedback at every step of the process - communication is the backbone of any relationship, including the therapeutic one! I look forward to hearing from you and taking our next step.

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. As a board certified and licensed counselor, I believe counseling is a collaborative process and I strive to empower clients by honoring their strengths, insight and lived experiences. My clinical experience has primarily been working with individuals and families across a range of life challenges. I am especially passionate about focusing my work on maternal mental health and supporting military spouses.
I help professionals in recovery who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. They’re people who have been depended on—at home, at work, and in their families—and they’re tired of performing, hiding, or white-knuckling their way through life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions, I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach. My work is deeply influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based living, and helping clients build a life that feels aligned rather than pressured or chaotic.
I understand that asking for help—especially as a professional—comes with unique challenges: reputation concerns, workplace stress, perfectionism, shame, fear of consequences, and relationships strained by years of coping alone. My role is not to judge or lecture, but to offer a private, steady space where you can talk openly, regain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life.
Whether you’re navigating early sobriety, long-term recovery, career demands, relationship stress, or a sense that you’ve lost yourself, I’m here to walk with you—not as an authority figure, but as someone who respects the courage it takes to show up.
If you’re ready for therapy that’s confidential, respectful, and tailored to the realities of being a professional in recovery, I’d be honored to support you.
Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified art therapist. I'm Tiffani and I am a licensed professional counselor who has been working in this field for over 10 years. I take a practical, supportive, and no-judgment approach. I listen, I ask thoughtful questions, and I help you untangle what’s getting in the way—whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, old patterns, or just the general chaos of life. I pull from a mix of proven approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented work, and tailor it to fit you.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.
If you're looking for a partner in your treatment who will meet you where you are and make space for the messy parts, I may be a good fit for you! We'll focus on real-life, practical applications of struggles and breakthroughs. We'll always be working toward one of your identified goals so that therapy does not feel aimless or like a waste of resources. Perhaps you're seeking therapy services because you want more insight into relationships, circumstances, or your own mind. However you got here, there is space for you and all of your questions. My approach is to lead with compassion and curiosity. You'll sense my sincere care for my clients but you'll also learn that I won't shy away from tough subjects.
For now, you've already taken the first step towards growth and that is something to celebrate!

This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.

Hi, I'm Cory Ian Shafer, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Masters in Counseling. I have been practicing professionally in the counseling field since 2005 and have worked in the mental health field since 1999.
I approach therapy primarily as a Jungian-Existentialist, however, I also realize that many clients may need different approaches to achieve their success, and because of that I also incorporate an eclectic approach towards therapy in addition to my primary school of thought, therefore I can utilize many different modalities and approaches of therapy depending on the what you need in your sessions.
My specializations are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and grief counseling. I also like to write a little bit and have published a few books concerning the human condition. On the personal side of things I lead a simple and quiet life, where I enjoy reading history, science fiction and philosophy books, playing the bass guitar, listening to music, traveling and amateur astronomy.
