LCSW, 25 years of experience
New to Grow
I am a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania with 20 years of professional experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, providing support to individuals facing stress, anxiety, grief, and loss, as well as challenges related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with depression. I am committed to creating a safe and open environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I believe that seeking a more fulfilling and happier life requires great courage, and I am here to support and empower you as you take the first steps toward positive change.
In our first session, I’d love to get to know you better—your story, what you enjoy, what challenges you're facing, and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you.
I take a very informal and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, move at your pace, and create a space where you feel safe and supported. You’re in the driver’s seat—I’m just here to help navigate when needed, offering guidance, tools, and support along the way.
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief from losing a loved one, or navigating a major life change, you're not alone—and you don't have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you and help you develop the coping skills you need to move forward with strength and hope.
