Hello and welcome to my practice. I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 30s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This stage of life can bring many questions about direction, purpose and relationships. Together, we'll facilitate how you want to show up in the world. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Psychotherapy is a space where you can show up, be your authentic self, slow down, reflect, and begin to experience yourself in a setting to realize yourself. Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body and the people around you as well as to the broader world. By paying close attention to your speech, we can begin to grasp patterns and themes that are facilitating you to flourish and those that are keeping you stuck. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you create your lived experience. Let's talk.
Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. Together we can identify what's not working, explore thoughts, feelings, and core concerns, in order to create better balance.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? As a therapist I enjoy helping individuals explore past relationship patterns, establish healthy boundaries, grow in self-esteem, and learn to relate to others differently. My goal is for every individual I have to eventually end counseling with a renewed sense of confidence. I bring humor, warmth and challenge to the counseling room.

I will use the therapeutic methods that work best for you. I have been honored to share many people’s lives and experiences in my more than 30 years working in this field and have continued to be reminded of our ability to be resilient and grow through difficult and overwhelming circumstances. One of the many things I’ve had the privilege to learn in doing this work is that when we accept our experiences and learn from them, we can obtain clarity and value from all experience. I have worked with clients and families with diverse origins on a variety of concerns and many have shared that they find me to be warm, supportive and easy to talk to. Some of the techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Rational Emotive Therapy (RET). Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, residing in Pittsburgh, PA. I received my master's degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. Over the years, I have enjoyed working in various professional settings; some of which include Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic, School-Based Mental Health, Private Practice and Community Mental Health. I am looking forward to building a practice with Grow and providing my clients with a safe environment in order to work together.
For many years, I worked as a retail manager, where I gained valuable insight into human behavior, conflict resolution, and the importance of mentoring others through life's challenges. Those experiences taught me that every person has a unique story, and with the right support and perspective, they can discover the strength and wisdom they already possess. I approach each person with honesty, compassion, an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the box. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in helping people uncover the answers that align with their own journey, empowering them to recognize their strengths and make meaningful connections that foster growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Hi, I’m Sue Shannon. With over 25 years of experience as an outpatient therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both children and adults through a vast and diverse range of life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should be as practical as it is supportive.

Hello I'm Jackie.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
Are you faced with emotional challenges, do you long for clarity on the how, the why, and the what to do, and because understanding is always that one step closer to your healing I will help you answer the tough questions. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, communication, relationship issues, grief, self worth, and more, you may need the help of a professional to help you on your journey to psychological health.
I understand that facing the insurmountable stresses of life leaves many feeling uncertain about their place and purpose in the world. This is why I utilize a person-centered, evidence based approach to therapy that allows an individual the opportunity to discover and identify abilitIes that lead to accessing a successful life.
Providing a safe, judgment-free, trustworthy and compassionate environment is the space I create as a therapist. In this space I help individuals focus on their individual needs, validate their experiences, unlock their inner strengths, and in so doing, reclaim their power to navigate a fulfilling life that is healed.
At this time, I am not accepting couples clients.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy with a specialization in Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and intergenerational trauma. In a supportive and nonjudgmental virtual space, we will explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape the present while working toward meaningful healing and growth.
I also integrate evidence-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support meaningful and practical change. In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage.
With experience across outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, and community-based settings, I’m committed to trauma-informed care that honors cultural identity, systemic influences, and life transitions. I also warmly welcome military members, veterans, and their families who are seeking psychotherapy support. My goal is to help you identify patterns, build on strengths, and develop tools for healthier relationships and emotional resilience.
Please note that clients experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance abuse or addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders or disordered eating, or those involved in any legal issues, including custody disputes, will be referred to a higher level of care or in-person therapy for appropriate, specialized support.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels collaborative, safe, and attuned to your lived experience.
I believe that everyone is doing their best at any given time and are motivated to be the best version of themselves possible, although that does not mean that we always know how to get there. Having a therapeutic relationship with a trusted therapist can provide a safe place to process difficult emotions, help identify patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve us, or outline goals for the future and develop a plan of action.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I treat the co-occurring disorders accompanying anxiety such as depression and trauma using evidenced based approaches creating an environment that helps you identify solutions that allow for growth and change. Utilizing a neuroscience based approach, I will help you learn about what parts of the brain are involved in anxiety, how they interact with each other and potentially increase the intensity of anxiety, and targeted interventions for each part of the brain so that lasting change is made.
I also specialize in treating ADHD and as a psychotherapist with ADHD, I can help provide unique perspectives and approaches to working through and managing ADHD with and without medication! Understanding the difficulties that accompany ADHD that can make developing skills and healthy routines difficult to implement and consistently maintain.

My practice is safe and confidential allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards personal growth and healing. We will work together to identify your desired goals and then create a plan to achieve them.
I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work together!
Do you ever feel stuck? Do you feel like nobody understands what you are going through? Do you feel like you have burdened friends and family with your worries even though you know they love you? Do you feel like you have the answers but nobody around you is listening? You do not have to have a major mental health diagnosis to go to therapy. You may be going through a life transition or having trouble communicating with others. You might be surrounded by others with deeper issues which is affecting your mental health. Or you might be suffering from anxiety, depression or past unresolved trauma. You might have disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive tendencies or an urge to use alcohol or drugs to self-medicate your pain. You might be coping in ways that aren’t healthy but that is how you learned to cope. I can help you navigate whatever place you are in and help to elevate you to a healthier space where you feel happier and more in tune with yourself. There are numerous reasons why people come to therapy. Just know that with me, you will be in a judgement free zone and I will utilize my many years of experience to assist you to getting to a better place.

The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children.
My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

Hello, I am a Psychologist (Ph. D) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in SC, PA and NJ, specializing in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, personal growth, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, providing a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing. Together, we'll work collaboratively to address challenges and foster positive change. I meet with clients weekly, offering consistent support and guidance as you navigate your journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
Do you find yourself asking, “Why am I so overwhelmed all the time?” or "Why does it seem like everyone else is handling life better than I am?” If so, please know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I’m Beth, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or needing to have the perfect words. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold everything and everyone together, wondering why what seems so easy for everyone else feels like such a struggle for you, or questioning why you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
I’m a warm and empathetic person, and I believe compassion, authenticity, and trust are at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years as an educator in the School District of Philadelphia, an experience that shaped my passion for understanding and supporting people beyond what we see on the surface. As a wife and mother of two young adults, I understand that life can be complicated, messy, and exhausting! I believe therapy can be a place to do meaningful work while still making room for humor and a little lightness when appropriate. And I’m a firm believer that a little chocolate can’t hurt either. 🍫
Most importantly, I believe where you are today does not have to determine where you end up. Meaningful change is possible, and I’d be honored to help you find your way forward.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker conducting sessions virtually in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Nevada. I specialize in people that are going through tough times and need coping skills to manage. Life might have thrown you curve balls, and you might not be accepting of the uncertainty and the change. I'll be here to tell you that bad situations can be temporary and life changes can also be great. I specialize in helping people who fall down but get back up. I'll help you to talk about your feelings and help you to make treatment goals that you have been wanting to reach.
I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change. I believe all clients deserve to be met with dignity and respect and try to convey that in sessions.
A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life.
The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies.
When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them.
I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary.
I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice.
I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.
Hi, I’m Julisa. I am a masters level Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing remotely in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. As a Philadelphia native and person of color, I am driven by my desire to provide healthy representation of breaking generational trauma. I aim to get rid of stigmas related to seeking professional help. I am passionate about using my 11+ years of experience to help clients feel genuinely seen, without judgement. I work with adult individuals and couples on various issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorders, relationship concerns, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, women's issues, and life transitions.
I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Hi there. It's a pleasure to meet you. I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. My approach is trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, collaboration, empowerment, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I recognize the impact trauma can have on emotions, relationships, and daily life, and I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
As a creative arts therapist, I may incorporate music and other expressive approaches when beneficial, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and explore emotions in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful. My goal is to help clients gain confidence, strengthen resilience, and create lasting positive change.
Scheduling & Missed Appointment Policy:
I understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for families and young clients. I offer one free missed session. After that, a $50 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
To receive the full benefit of therapy, clients should be logged in and ready to begin at their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the missed appointment fee.
Occasional technology issues happen. Clients are encouraged to check their device, camera, microphone, and internet connection before telehealth appointments. Sessions unable to proceed due to unresolved technical difficulties may be considered missed appointments.
Session Lengths: Intake sessions are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on individual needs.
