Do you feel as though you are living in a constant state of unhappiness—waking each day feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from joy? Perhaps you find yourself functioning on the outside while struggling internally, unsure of how to break free from stress, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or persistent self-doubt. If so, you are not alone—and you do not have to navigate it alone. Knows No Face LLC is a mental health and wellness counseling and consulting practice committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward emotional healing and personal growth. Founded by Rashida Henry, a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, and speaker, the company was created from a deep, personal commitment to increasing mental health awareness and accessibility—particularly within urban communities where stigma, systemic barriers, and limited resources often prevent individuals from seeking support. Through counseling, education, and community engagement, Knows No Face LLC works to normalize conversations around mental health, empower individuals with practical tools for resilience, and foster environments where healing is not only possible but sustainable. The mission is rooted in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a belief that wellness truly knows no face—it transcends background, circumstance, and identity. Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Counseling, and I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of life's challenges. Throughout my career, I've helped individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, family conflict, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, individuals impacted by community and gun violence, adults living with serious mental illnesses, and people working toward recovery and personal growth. As someone who grew up in North Philadelphia, I understand the importance of resilience, community, and having a safe space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about yourself and where you're headed? Whatever it is that led you here, I'm glad you're here—you don't have to carry it on your own. Overwhelming feelings and disruptive cycles are natural reactions to past trauma, painful experiences, and societal expectations or harm. As a therapist, my aim is to provide a space to navigate the path forward and connect with your true self. My style is described as warm, caring, collaborative, and real. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a therapy space that feels meaningful and authentically human—with room for humor along the way. In my experience, levity and laughter are a natural part of building a safe, supportive environment to explore the challenges and hurt that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you connect with your inherent strengths and discover your ability to grow and thrive.

Taking the time to start therapy and acknowledge our own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer the space for one to process relationships, career changes, grief, and life transitions in depth with safety and clarity. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping clients identify their own values and assist them in aligning said values with their life choices to connect one's sense of self. I also help clients explore how their experiences may have impacted them and offering ways one can use that understanding for self healing and growth.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, experiencing stress or anxiety, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you. Over the past four years, I’ve provided therapy in outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment, higher education, and private practice settings. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a range of life experiences. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, and taking long walks with my dog. These activities help me stay grounded and present—qualities I strive to bring into each therapy session. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same. If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else. I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.

Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values. I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD and Autism. Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace. Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity. I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.
