I believe in meeting people where they are, perpetuating meaningful and supportive connection. Hi there!
Thank you for taking the time to look at my page! Finding the right therapist can be a daunting process. So, my hope is that I can do my part to help you to feel comfortable...remove some of the awkwardness from the process...and ideally, have you feeling motivated and excited about starting your therapeutic journey!
A little bit about me and how I approach the therapeutic process...
Without question, one of the comments I hear most from clients is that they're always surprised by how much they actually ENJOY our sessions —even when working through some of their most difficult challenges. I jokingly tell people that my "superpower" is that I'm really good at making therapy feel like a great conversation between two people - and one of those people just HAPPENS to be a therapist who helps you work through the things that are keeping you stuck. Therapy should make you feel as though you are getting something out of this...and that you are growing, healing - and thriving because of it.
I've been fortunate to be able to help people from all walks of life and what I have learned is that regardless of background, culture, socioeconomic status, or life circumstances, people want many of the same things—meaningful relationships, resilience through life's challenges, and a sense of purpose/fulfillment.
So, whether you're facing personal challenges, professional pressures, or both, my goal is to help you get on the path where you can finally feel like you not only have a handle on this thing called Life - but that you are THRIVING in it!

Hi, welcome.
I am so proud of you for taking the first step into your healing journey. My name is Erica and I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults for over 15 years. I have a strong knowledge base of resources in the Philadelphia metro area.
I currently only have DAYTIME availability due to current clients having established evening sessions.
I became a mom during COVID, which was a big transition for me and quite the journey. This means I can provide insight, compassion and knowledge about parenting issues, fertility struggles, traumatic labor and delivery and pregnancy loss.
I started my career in case management working with children and families, connecting them to community resources, and therapies, then I grew into acute care, running children and adolescent group therapy, family therapy and individual and crisis counseling. Since most of my history is in acute care, I have a passion for working in crisis and trauma, working with all demographics. My extensive background in crisis and trauma allows me the compassion and space for those needing a little extra support, to check my email and text those clients throughout the day.
I have a strong passion for veterans, active duty/reserves, their families and all first responders. As a first responder wife, I empathize with the difficulties the schedule can be on you, your family and your mental health.
I have recently completed Rutgers Certificate Program in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention, as well as Completed the Dare to Lead, program by Brene Brown. I am a volunteer coach for special Olympics, participate in advocacy work for survivors of military loss, on the Delaware county advisory council for veterans.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and New York, born and raised in New York City. I am passionate about supporting others and creating a compassionate, judgment-free space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My professional experience includes providing behavioral health counseling and medication support to individuals living with cancer through an online care platform. I also spent five years working in an HIV clinic, offering counseling and emotional support to patients navigating complex health challenges. In addition, I have worked in primary care settings supporting children, families, and adults with behavioral health needs while collaborating closely with psychiatrists to provide integrated mental health care, including medication management.
I am committed to helping people navigate life’s challenges with empathy, evidence-based care, and a personalized approach that honors each person’s unique experiences and goals.
My focus is rooted in relationship issues, trauma & abuse, and generalized anxiety disorder. I utilize CBT and DBT with my clients to help promote a sense of independence and acceptance. We will focus on practicing mindfulness and utilizing tools to emotionally regulate the self.
A little bit about my style of therapy, I aim to make this experience feel as natural and open as possible. I find that people come into therapy with an expectation of being told how to deal with their concerns - when in fact, I want to walk along side you in this journey. We are learning about you together and finding what works best for you. I hope to be that support and tool in your life during this transitional period. I understand the hesitancy some may have when exploring self - I like to embrace the curiosity to unlock parts of yourself in a safe and constructive manner.

HI! My name is Jill and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my MSW from Temple University and have been practicing since 2016. I work with adults (18-65) address a variety of mental health concerns. I am deeply committed to supporting clients who may feel lost or stuck by helping them to build skills to create a meaningful and empowering life. I understand the challenges of living with a relentless inner critic or dwelling on past events or future worries. Together, we'll identify patterns contributing to unproductive behaviors or recurring painful emotions.
I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change. I believe all clients deserve to be met with dignity and respect and try to convey that in sessions.
