I have worked with a variety of populations including children, adolescents, college students, and adults at various life stages, as well as couples, families, and groups. I am also trained to conduct a variety of assessments for learning disabilities, ADHD, personality disorders, mood disorders, and vocational/career interests.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 11 years of experience helping individuals navigate how to best improve their mental health. While I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use, and depression--I have significant experience with a wide range of diagnoses. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and have been committed to creating a safe, supportive, and down-to-earth space for healing and growth ever since. My practice focuses on assisting individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I provide support to new mothers dealing with feelings of "mom guilt" and the difficulties associated with the transition to parenthood. I employ various evidence-based approaches to empower my clients in achieving their mental health objectives.
