New to Grow
I’m am solely focused on helping you move through life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and real support. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you tap into your own strengths while building practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I provide a space where you can be heard and supported while working toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and start feeling better, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
Your first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I may ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but it’s always a conversation—not an interrogation. Most importantly, this is your space. You can be real, honest, and even unsure. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning. By the end of the session, we’ll have a better idea of how we can work together and what steps might help you start moving forward.
ne of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence that helps clients feel comfortable opening up at their own pace. I’m also highly attentive and intuitive, which allows me to pick up on what’s not always said and respond in a way that feels supportive and meaningful. I balance empathy with practical guidance, so sessions aren’t just about talking—they’re about growth and real-life change. I’m committed to meeting each client where they are, while also gently challenging them to move forward. Above all, I focus on helping clients recognize their own strengths, build confidence, and leave each session feeling more empowered than when they came in.
I am all about helping people navigate life’s challenges while reconnecting with their own strength and resilience. I believe everyone already has the tools within them—they just sometimes need support uncovering and trusting them. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can be themselves, gain clarity, and build confidence. Through encouragement, practical guidance, and a collaborative approach, I help clients tap into their inner power, overcome obstacles, and move forward with purpose. My goal is to empower each person to not only get through difficult moments, but to grow, heal, and thrive beyond them.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
have 12 years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I work with individuals to identify negative thinking patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping clients make real, lasting changes in their everyday lives.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I implement the use of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths and build on what’s already working in their lives. Rather than focusing on problems, I guide clients toward clear, achievable goals and practical solutions. My approach is collaborative, positive, and focused on helping clients create meaningful change in a short amount of time.
