I received my Master's in Community Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University. I enjoy helping individuals learn from their past while focusing on building a present and future that is fulfilling. These times are urgent. Let us slow down.” ― Bayo Akomolafe
Let's take things one breath at a time, slowing down instead of rushing through the hard parts. I don’t believe in fixing or solving everything all at once in the hopes it does not reoccur. Instead, I offer space for curiosity, vulnerability, and connection, because that’s often where healing begins. Together we’ll practice being with your experiences, not just getting past them.
I work with people facing all kinds of mental health and personal life challenges, and I especially love helping clients untangle old patterns and build new ones that feel more like them. My approach is relational and HUMOROUS, humanistic, honest, warm, and collaborative. I work mostly with teens and adults. Outside of therapy, I’m usually testing a new hairstyle, thrifting, listening to Afrobeats, or walking my dachshund, Winston-Bishop.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family stress, parenting, and major life transitions. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and want you to feel comfortable being fully yourself, without having to filter or have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

I believe it's my job to help you get to the answers. I try real hard not to tell people what to do but will share what my experience has been. I use humor when I can as none of us are getting out here alive so we might as well laugh as to cry.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in case you’re unsure of what that is, it means I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Social Work a Master of Social Work and once I completed Graduate school I was then required to complete 3,000 hours of clinical work experience under supervision for another two years after those supervised clinical hours I had to successfully sit for ASWB Clinial Level exam. Being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker not only means that I am passionate about Mental Health, but I am also focused on your environment, meaning I look at external factors that impact your situation. When I started Graduate School, I went in with the notion of studying Psychology until I came across the Social Work Program, after doing some extensive research into the profession, I decided that is what I wanted to do. I learned I can help individuals with their Mental Health as well as take a holistic approach to address any barriers they may face while working towards their goals. Hello, my name is Dr. Collins.
Are you experiencing emotional, psychological, spiritual, or other challenges that are interfering with your ability to live your best life?
My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
In our sessions, I prioritize building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and genuine understanding. Together, we will navigate the challenges you face and uncover your inner strengths and resilience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of experience in the mental health field and 14 years of experience operating my private practice. I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship distress, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, diminished self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, and patterns that may be interfering with emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
In couples counseling, I provide a balanced and respectful environment where each partner has an opportunity to feel heard. I help couples recognize recurring patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict more constructively, rebuild emotional safety and trust, and strengthen their connection. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners understand the relationship dynamic and take meaningful responsibility for the changes within their control.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connections among their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify beliefs and thinking patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depressed mood, diminished self-esteem, relationship distress, or ineffective coping.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may use guided reflection, thought records, structured exercises, role-playing, and between-session practice. With couples, CBT-informed strategies can also help partners examine assumptions, interpretations, expectations, and behavioral responses that contribute to recurring conflict. The goal is to develop greater awareness and practice healthier, more intentional responses.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with carefully selected holistic strategies to support insight, emotional regulation, personal growth, and sustainable behavioral change. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, helping them identify the underlying beliefs and patterns connected to their current concerns.
I'm Dr. Kaytreona Wright, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work. Hello! My name is Dr. Jennifer Jordan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from National University and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have worked with individuals, couples and families seeking counseling for 20 years, both online and in a variety of settings. I help clients learn new skills to successfully navigate the challenges of life, deepen their understanding of themselves, enhance their relationships, and improve their mental health and emotional well-being.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience helping others cope with day-to-day stressors and past troubling events. Coping may involve identifying and reframing long-standing negative thoughts and assumptions or identifying our core values and goals, which can make frustrating or uncomfortable situations more manageable or put them into perspective. Seeing ourselves and our thoughts, issues or non-ideal behaviors for what they are can lead to greater self-awareness and the ability to offer ourselves the same compassion and understanding we give others. Our stuff is just that- stuff. Stuff we have accumulated along the road of life. Those things may impact us, but they do not need to control or define us.
Learning to see ourselves in this more neutral and accepting way leads to greater self-esteem and decreased self-doubt and negative judgement. This in turn makes change more possible.
