I have diversified experience in the mental health field. I currently focus on helping adults ages 18 -65 years old cope with anxiety and stress in their day to day lives.
Some of my areas of expertise are: Anxiety and stress management, communication and interpersonal skills, navigating relationship dynamics, and life transitions and overall emotional wellness.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters from Rutgers University and have been practicing for about 8 years. I have experience in helping individuals learn positive coping skills and strategies that can help to improve their mental and emotional well-being. I work with my clients on identifying self-care activities and positive coping skills, in addition to understanding their strengths and weaknesses. Welcome, my name is Fran Haggerty and I want to thank you for choosing therapy. Thank you for dedicating your time and energy into improving your situation. I am confident that Therapy will benefit you greatly and provide you with the necessary tools to help you sort through your challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will navigate the challenges you are facing and create an improvement plan that will allow you to move forward with confidence. I value your dedication and commitment to this process that has proven invaluable to many who have garnered the strength to improve their lives. I have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2002 and have worked with men, women, and couples to improve their ability to think logically and communicate effectively.
I aspire to work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed with what life has thrown at them. These challenges include increased anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, and embracing the confidence to move forward. My professional approach combines evidence-based interventions including CBT, and motivational interviewing, along with proven coaching strategies to effectively accomplish your goals.
I’m Lisa Duncan, LCSW, and I work with adults who are wondering, “Why am I not myself anymore"? You can look like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling completely different on the inside. Maybe you overthink conversations, second-guess yourself, feel anxious all the time, or live in survival mode. This can happen after unhealthy relationships, especially when there has been manipulation, control, constant criticism, or emotional invalidation. Over time, those experiences can affect how you see yourself, your decisions, and your ability to trust your own instincts.
I have a particular interest in helping people recover from emotionally unhealthy, manipulative, or abusive relationships, including experiences commonly described as narcissistic abuse. Let's figure out what *you* actually want and need. I also work with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and major life changes.
My approach is empathetic, practical, and collaborative. Therapy with me is a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s happening, look for patterns, make connections, and sometimes challenge the way you’re looking at a situation. I’ll give you tools and strategies you can actually use in your everyday life—not just things that sound good in a therapy session.
I use CBT, strengths-based, solution-focused, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, but I don’t believe therapy should feel like following a script.
We can work on understanding why you responded the way you did, recognizing patterns that may have developed as a way of coping, rebuilding trust in yourself, and learning how to set boundaries without feeling guilty or constantly wondering if you’re doing something wrong.
You don’t have to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need. You may just know that something isn’t working anymore, That’s enough to start. We can figure out the rest together.
Are you wrestling with feelings of depression or anxiety? Is your consumption of alcohol becoming a problem? As we work together in therapy, we can uncover the reasons for these emotions and behaviors. Sometimes these maladaptive coping mechanisms can stem from past trauma or deeper wounds.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has dedicated my professional life to the advancement of the human species. What do I mean by the advancement of the human species? Well, no one ever taught us how to be mindful of thought patterns; to be aware of our own scars and biases, no one gave us an instruction book when it comes to dealing with our emotional life and the emotional lives of others. Scary, those big feelings can be. Unless, you have a plan. That is where therapy comes in. We work together to develop plans to assure you accomplish the goals you set for yourself.

Hi, I'm Orly Krupkin, LCSW.
Starting therapy is a significant step, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, caregiving challenges, midlife concerns, and relationship issues, including establishing healthy boundaries and creating more fulfilling connections.
I have experience working with diverse populations in community, private setting, hospital settings, supporting individuals and families facing a wide range of medical and emotional challenges. I also have specialized experience working with hospice clients and their loved ones, which has deepened my understanding of grief, loss, and the importance of compassionate support during life’s most vulnerable moments.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and identifying patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your pace and readiness for change.
My path to counseling has been shaped by more than 20 years of experience working in
universities and nonprofits across the U.S., including two decades in academic medicine and
biomedical research administration. As a former biomedical researcher and a leader in administrative research operations, I understand the pressures of high-achievement environments, the complexity of
navigating institutional systems, and the emotional toll that can come with careers in science,
healthcare, and technology. This unique perspective allows me to connect deeply with students,
academics, and professionals working in demanding fields.
I work with clients ages 13+ navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, including issues related to cultural identity, family conflict, and childhood experiences. I provide therapy in English and Spanish, with experience supporting bilingual clients and those exploring personal growth or spirituality.
Using an integrative approach rooted in ACT, IFS, and DBT, I help clients connect with their values, develop self-compassion, and take meaningful steps toward emotional well-being and behavioral change. I see therapy as a space where clients can be “unbound” from the challenges holding them back, reflecting my belief in the power of community and compassionate support in healing.
I've always wanted to have those deeper conversations, about what matters most to people. Personal talks are the most important talks we ever have. And most people don't spend that much time talking it through with anyone. This might be the best use of an hour you've got. We'll see what we can come up with.
As a neurodivergent Black woman living with a chronic illness and mother of three adult children, two of whom identify with the LGBTQ+ commmunity, I am always interested in the deeper question people carry about their lives. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years showing up for others, meeting expectations, and doing what seemed like the responsible thing to do. At some point, though, many begin to notice a quiet sense that something no longer fits.
My work centers around helping people slow down enough to understand what is actually happening beneath that feeling. Together we look at the patterns, experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you see yourself and the choices available to you. From that place, people often begin to rediscover a clearer sense of who they are and what direction their lives might take moving forward.
I am especially drawn to working with adults navigating identity shifts, relationship transitions, and moments in life where the path forward is no longer obvious.
