Welcome to Dr. Mitchell’s Safe and Brave Space
I began my career in social services in 1995, working with children, youth, and families often labeled as “at-risk”—many of whom were impacted by substance use, poverty, child abuse, and neglect. Over time, my commitment to equity and justice led me to the field of social work, where I continue to center the person-in-environment perspective and actively support antiracist policies, ideas, and actions.
This work is grounded in an acknowledgment that we live and practice on the stolen lands of Indigenous peoples, and that much of the wealth and infrastructure of this nation was built through the unpaid labor and enduring suffering of enslaved Africans. I honor these histories and their ongoing impact as part of my commitment to justice, healing, and collective liberation.
I am deeply committed to self-awareness and reflective practice, both personally and with those I serve. I walk alongside clients on a healing journey rooted in self-care, resilience, and transformation.
I integrate narrative therapy and other evidence-informed approaches through the lens of intersectionality to remain fully person-centered. My practice pays particular attention to the impacts of trauma and race-based stress on one’s inner world. As appropriate, I incorporate Feminist Theory, Queer Theory, and Liberation Psychology to support healing that honors identity, lived experience, and systemic context.
I welcome all who value peace, healing, and justice to join me in this space—to try, to grow, and to be.
My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from Kean University and have been practicing for 14 plus years. I am the founder and owner of Therapeutically Fit Counseling, LLC. I help children, adolescents, and adults to become the best version of themselves by providing quality and reliable mental, emotional, and behavioral health services to help you navigate through difficult times, improve your quality of life, and give you the tools you need to manage on your own. Hi! I’m Jada, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in their daily lives. I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.
I understand how easy it can be to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and constantly prioritizing others while neglecting your own needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, and are ready to make meaningful changes.
My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe therapy should not only provide insight but also offer practical tools you can apply in your everyday life.
I am passionate about helping my clients build healthier boundaries, improve their relationships, and strengthen their sense of self so they can show up more confidently and intentionally in all areas of life.
I am dedicated to helping clients achieve positive change and emotional well-being. With expertise in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment where clients can explore their challenges, tap into their strengths, and work towards achieving their goals for personal growth and healing.
I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change. I believe all clients deserve to be met with dignity and respect and try to convey that in sessions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complex relational and attachment wounds. My work is grounded in a nervous system awareness and a deeply relational approach that prioritizes safety, emotional truth, and meaningful change over symptom management alone.
Over the course of my career, including years in large healthcare systems and leadership roles, I witnessed how often well-intentioned treatment models fall short by focusing on compliance, pathology, or short-term stabilization rather than root causes. That experience fundamentally shaped how I practice today. I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected from themselves and others, particularly those with long standing patterns rooted in developmental trauma, attachment injury, or chronic stress.
My clinical style is structured yet human, direct yet compassionate. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including IFS, ACT, CBT, DBT, and somatic practices, with a strong emphasis on insight, integration, and real-world application. I also offer expanded states of consciousness psychotherapy where appropriate, always within an ethical, intentional, and integration-focused framework.
I believe effective therapy is not about changing who someone is. It is about helping them understand shaped them and their nervous system responses, reclaim agency, repair relationships with themselves and others, and live with greater clarity and integrity. My role is to provide a steady, grounded space where difficult truths can be explored safely and where meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.
"True success is the predictable result of hard work, patience, sacrifice & learning put into practice everyday." - Unknown

It's a gift you deserve — one we all deserve.
The pathway to healing is open to you, and I will do my best to help you get there.
Hi - my name's Keith Miles! I'm a licensed therapist in NJ, PA, and FL. I do telehealth talk therapy for people living in all 3 states.
I imagine you find yourself here because there is something you are struggling with that maybe you could use some support in dealing with. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, anxiety, or depression. Perhaps you’ve got lots of negative, self-critical, or racing thoughts affecting your self-esteem. It could be that there's aspects of your relationships and social life that you're unhappy with. Life responsibilities like work or school might be stressful or unfulfilling. Maybe you're struggling with your identity, or the heavy weight of what’s happening in our country and the world.
Whatever the case may be, it's my job to help you address it and start moving towards a life that feels more worth living. I use my experience and training to help you build insight, process emotions, gain skills, set goals, and take action.
I work with gay, queer and trans people, women, and adults of all races, ages and abilities. If you are looking for a safe therapist to be yourself with, we may be a good fit.
I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work together!
Do you ever feel stuck? Do you feel like nobody understands what you are going through? Do you feel like you have burdened friends and family with your worries even though you know they love you? Do you feel like you have the answers but nobody around you is listening? You do not have to have a major mental health diagnosis to go to therapy. You may be going through a life transition or having trouble communicating with others. You might be surrounded by others with deeper issues which is affecting your mental health. Or you might be suffering from anxiety, depression or past unresolved trauma. You might have disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive tendencies or an urge to use alcohol or drugs to self-medicate your pain. You might be coping in ways that aren’t healthy but that is how you learned to cope. I can help you navigate whatever place you are in and help to elevate you to a healthier space where you feel happier and more in tune with yourself. There are numerous reasons why people come to therapy. Just know that with me, you will be in a judgement free zone and I will utilize my many years of experience to assist you to getting to a better place.
I work with anyone over 16 years old. I have specialized experience working with college aged clients and the older adult population. I have a long history of working with those from the LGBTQIA+ population as well. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adults, teens, and parents who are tired of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, or relationship patterns running their lives. My approach is structured but human. I integrate CBT, DBT, ERP, and somatic work to create real, measurable change — not just insight. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and clarity so you can move through your life with more confidence and less fear.
