New to Grow
Feeling lost, alone, and unsure of your next steps? Do you feel like past experiences are holding you back or that low self-esteem keeps you from reaching your potential? I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood trauma and build the confidence to live the life they deserve. Everything may seem uncertain now but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s standing in your way and create a path toward growth.
In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are welcomed and valued. We’ll work collaboratively to set goals that feel both meaningful and achievable for you. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, with a focus on helping you uncover your strengths and move forward with clarity.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing primarily from CBT and EMDR to help clients gain insight, process difficult experiences, and create lasting behavioral and emotional change. Clients often appreciate my ability to provide both emotional support and direct, actionable tools that they can apply outside of session to make meaningful progress in their daily lives.
I am best positioned to work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress and overwhelming thoughts that interfere with daily life. I enjoy helping individuals who struggle with overthinking, low self-esteem or difficulty moving past painful experiences. My clients often seek therapy to improve coping skills, process past trauma that may be holding them back and reduce anxiety in order to build the confidence they need to develop healthier thought patterns and emotional resilience.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop healthier coping strategies to improve emotional well-being.
EMDR
In additional to CBT, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences that may still be affecting them in the present. EMDR supports the brain in reprocessing painful memories so they feel less emotionally overwhelming and no longer hold the same intensity.
