As an individual who struggled with alcohol addiction, depression, and anxiety, my life experiences, as well as my education and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life, have provided me with the opportunity to serve those who are struggling with life. Everyone has life struggles. I am prepared to help individuals and couples learn how to live life amidst struggles, such as depression, addiction, worry, financial stress, or marriage difficulties. I am blessed and honored to be in a position to use the gifts God has entrusted me with to serve others.

Hi, I am Gabi. Thank you for visiting my profile!

I treat adults with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse, PTSD, OCD, Autism, and Schizoaffective Disorders. From the start, I will take time to understand your experiences, assess your symptoms, clarify your diagnosis, and develop a plan with you. Together, we will set meaningful goals, reduce stress in your mind and body, build confidence, and improve your daily life. We will review your progress and adjust our approach as your needs change.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree focused on mental and behavioral health and a Michigan Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) credential. If you are struggling with issues related to anxiety and depression, you are not alone. In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the daily rigors and uncertainties of life. Thoughts like “am I good enough?” or “can I do this?” typically bring to the surface feelings of sadness, self-doubt and inadequacy. Then, you retreat and live within a dark cloud that could color your experience for years. I teach people strategies to manage themselves so that life doesn't seem so debilitating. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work together with my patients to identify and change the negative self-talk so that they can face their fears and expand their comfort zone.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment to medical conditions and other health issues, college aged students, stress management, adjustment issues related to transitions in life, and aging and geriatric issues.

I am also a dual diagnosis therapist believing with substance abuse concerns are composed of mental health issues and negative experiences. I also prefer but do not find necessary involvement with services from partners, husbands/wifes ect. I find the majority of clients we see also possess stress from unresolved issues with relationships, present and past.
I am a holistic mental health therapist specializing in alternative approaches to healing, with a particular focus on utilizing plants as medicine as an alternative to pharmaceuticals. With a certification in Plants as Medicine, I integrate botanical remedies and holistic practices into my therapeutic work to support clients in achieving mental and emotional well-being. My approach emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of mind-body connections, empowering clients to explore natural and sustainable solutions for their mental health needs.
