Hi, I’m John Manzoni-D’Arpino, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I’ve been in practice for eight years, with 14 years of broader behavioral health and human services experience. I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and big life transitions. My background includes correctional mental health, crisis evaluation, clinical oversight, child welfare, and work with complex trauma, risk, and systems-level care.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I use a mix of well-established therapy approaches to create a space that feels supportive, flexible, and focused on what you need. We’ll move at your pace, and work toward goals that matter to you.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, collaborative conversation. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel respected, validated, and heard.
I approach therapy with a down-to-earth style. I strive to meet each person with empathy and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your current strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a 46 year old black male certified as an LICSW in Massachusetts. I grew up in Fall River, MA, served in the Air Force, and earned a Master's Degree from Boston University. I have experience working with people of all age ranges, with focuses on anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, existentialism, and trauma. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral as therapeutic approaches, along with supportive counseling and family approaches.
I am a licensed mental health counselor and addiction specialist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and recovery, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore and grow.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating mindfulness and motivational techniques. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I have been a LCSW for 38 years, providing psychotherapy. I still enjoy seeing people better understanding themselves, and getting to the point where they see more of what they want in their life. Many clients have spoken of my authenticity, which allows them to be comfortable in themselves. I work to empower people so they can feel more capable in accomplishing their needs and goals.
I would describe my style as warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and genuine. I value humor, creativity, curiosity, and compassion in the therapy space, while also helping clients identify practical tools and next steps that feel realistic for their lives. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where clients can be fully human — where they can reflect, feel supported, build insight, and begin to relate to themselves with more understanding and care.
My background includes experience in school, outpatient, and pediatric healthcare settings, where I have supported clients and families navigating anxiety, stress, transitions, identity development, relationships, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. These experiences have shaped my belief that people are not defined by their challenges; they already carry strengths, wisdom, and resilience that therapy can help them access more fully.
My name is Monica Rosa, and I am a Cape Verdean American clinician with over 10 years of experience in the field of social work. I believe my upbringing and life experiences have helped shape the compassionate and culturally responsive therapist I am today. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and home-based environments, which has provided me with extensive experience supporting diverse populations and navigating a wide range of challenges. I provide compassionate individual therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, with a focus on building healthy coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and fostering personal growth.
I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsettled beneath the surface. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and meaningful — a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself.

I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed.
I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. Hi, I’m Lauryn. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, messy parts, hard feelings, and all. I believe therapy should feel supportive, down to earth, and free of judgement. I work with individuals navigating big changes, managing stress, anxiety, or past experiences that feel hard to shake. I also support pregnant and parenting moms who are juggling the demands of caring for a family while trying to care for themselves. My approach is warm, relatable, and real. I’ll meet you where you are at and walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and perinatal mental health trainings, but I’ll always tailor our work to what feels right and helpful to you. Whether you are looking to build coping skills, process trauma, or simply have a space that is just yours, I am here to help. Together, we can sort through the hard stuff, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful changes that last. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, its about supporting you in feeling more grounded, confident and connected to yourself and the life you want to live. If this sounds like the kind of support you are looking for, I would love to connect.
Part of what makes my therapeutic style unique is the way I intentionally tailor it to each client’s experience. No matter the circumstances, people are often doing the best that they can with the resources that they have access to. I believe that everyone is looking for a place where they can be their authentic selves without apology. A strong therapeutic relationship can be a safe space to foster that authenticity. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens, and understand that each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, culture). In our first session together, we will discuss why you've decided to begin therapy and the areas of your life you would like to work on. From there, we will create a personalized plan for self-discovery and emotional healing.

I enjoy empowering people and digging out their strengths. I don't ask fish to fly, neither do I ask birds to swim. I respect everyone's strengths and help my client recognize them. I love to highlight my client's strengths. I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgment-free space for Adults (18+) and Older Adults (65+). I am sorry, but I do not accept clients who pay in cash. Also, every late cancellation or no-show accrues a late charge fee.
It is my ethical duty to officially terminate our therapeutic relationship when it is reasonably clear that the client is no longer beneficent, services are no longer required, counseling no longer serves the client's needs and interests, or Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT limits do not allow the provision of further counseling services.
It is the policy of Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, that our professional relationship will be terminated after a one-month consistent lapse of meeting with a client. Dr. Olushola Bakare, LMFT, will attempt to notify you of this change in status as soon as possible after one month. My ethical duty is identifying, being available, and caring for current clients. It could feel awkward for our relationship to end, yet it is not meant to be discourteous in any way. Hello there! I am a licensed mental health therapist who has experience working with individuals and families from many different walks of life. Growing up as a young black queer man, I have experienced my own personal difficulties with mental health. I have faced the stigma of mental health issues that leads many to struggle in silence. I have experienced a lack of available resources to truly get the support I felt I needed. I strive to create a space for clients to feel heard and validated in their experience. I collaborate with clients to determine their goals for treatment and provide holistic, compassionate, and client-centered care.
Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life.

Life doesn’t always go as planned. Illness, loss, and life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of who you are now.
I specialize in working with adults coping with anxiety, grief, life transitions and adjustment, including the emotional toll that often comes with complex or ongoing challenges. Whether you're adjusting to a diagnosis, processing a loss, or struggling with the direction your life is headed, therapy can help you find your way forward.

I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and practical strategies to support you in your day-to-day life. Sessions may be structured and skills-focused at times, or more reflective when you need space to process and make sense of your experiences.
I work from a humanistic, strengths-based lens and strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you navigate change and reconnect with yourself.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps overwhelmed moms and helping professionals navigate burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, identity shifts, and grief. With over a decade of experience in education and mental health, I understand what it’s like to constantly care for others while feeling disconnected from yourself.
Many of my clients are the ones everyone relies on—the capable, compassionate people who appear to have it together but privately feel depleted, reactive, stuck, or unsure of who they are anymore. I support clients through the often-unspoken grief of motherhood and life transitions: changes in identity, relationships, expectations, and the version of themselves they thought they would be.
I also have clinical experience supporting clients through end-of-life care, which has shaped my ability to hold space for deep loss, uncertainty, and major life transitions with compassion and presence.
My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and CBT to help clients better understand their emotions, build regulation skills, respond instead of react, and reconnect with what matters most. Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and focused on tools you can actually use in real life.
My style is warm, conversational, and direct. I believe therapy is not about becoming a “perfect” version of yourself—it’s about creating more space, clarity, and compassion while building a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar.

My name is Betsy and I am a licensed mental health clinician with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Through my training and experience, I have developed a philosophy that simply listening, validating and being non-judgmental is “help.” However, to guide a patient’s growth in mental health treatment, it is important to challenge them in a non-threatening manner but to promote thought is necessary. Additionally, It is sometimes important to be the mirror that clients do not want to look in. Lastly, treatment should be collaborative and educate which means providing psycho-education information, written treatment work, and provide well rounded mental health guidance and support to help patient identify and achieve treatment goals.
