Hi, I'm Greg,
Have you ever felt like the path your life has taken has not turned out the way you expected? Do you sometimes wonder why you don't feel the way you think you should, or worry that you may not be headed in the right direction?
We all feel that way, quite often, and I've found that it often helps to talk through some of these things to help us feel more confident in ourselves, and in our lives.
For the past 30 years, I have been in the business of helping people of all ages through tough spots in their lives, with a variety of circumstances and problems, and I have seen a lot, but I am always interested in meeting new people and finding new challenges to work through.

I provide a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply heard, understood, and supported — while also being gently challenged to grow.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, identity struggles, life transitions, and recurring emotional or relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
My approach goes beyond surface-level conversations. Together, we explore the deeper emotional dynamics behind behaviors, relationship patterns, fears, and internal conflicts while also building practical tools for lasting change.
Clients often describe my style as warm, emotionally attuned, insightful, and direct in a compassionate way. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves while also developing the clarity and confidence needed to move forward differently.
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a culturally sensitive environment where clients feel genuinely understood.
In addition to therapy services, I also offer immigration-related psychological evaluations and clinically appropriate Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessments and letters as separate private-pay services outside of insurance coverage.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or trapped in repeating cycles — and leave with stronger self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and a renewed sense of direction.

When the burdens of our circumstances, relationships, or daily lives, in general, begin to weigh on our shoulders, finding help in a safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental space can begin to ease our heavy loads. My name is Caitlin Pierce, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with 15 years in the field. I have spent the bulk of my career working with families and individuals in both office and in-home settings. I have a history of training and practice in trauma-focused counseling, relationships (family, marriage, parenting), stress/anxiety management, and I also am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. With this specialization, I can support wellness and health-related concerns such as self-esteem, body image, and making lifestyle changes like stress-reduction or shifting priorities. I believe that all of us are capable of change, whether we're 18 or 85, and with healthy support and guidance, there is hope to feel better. I aim to bring my clients a conversational, personal, and humanistic counseling style. I look forward to working together!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy.
Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing.
The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.
