For more than sixteen years, I have worked in the mental health field, supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges with openness, curiosity, and a long‑term commitment to personal growth. My approach centers on helping people understand the “why behind the what”—the underlying patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape their current concerns.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I recognize that each person’s experience is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet clients where they are, at a pace that feels safe and productive.
Once we develop a clear understanding of what is contributing to your distress, we collaborate to create a practical and meaningful plan for change. My goal is to help you invest in yourself, build insight, and move toward lasting well‑being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been practicing for over 18 years. In my clinical opinion, all therapeutic approaches come from a place of strength, validation and compassion. In my work, I focus on the concerns you feel comfortable sharing while validating your experiences, creating a compassionate and safe space which allows you to effect change and move past pain, loss, trauma and regret. I aim to teach you that the present moment is truly the gift we have, even if it doesn't always feel that way. Our past is behind us, it can neither hurt us any longer nor be changed. We do not know the future, it is not yet visible. Attempting to prepare for what is to come or holding tight to what is no more, takes us away from the present, the moments we have right now, preventing us from embracing the life we dream of. Old messages, hurts and grief often keep us stuck, holding onto a past that will always be a part of who we are, but in no way defines us. We are not "what" we have endured, rather it is the "what" which forged our strengths, awareness and resilience. The story we create is not written by anyone other than ourselves. The truth in life is that we are all good as we are, right now, in this moment. And the beauty in life is that we can grow to be better, no matter what we may have been told, witnessed or lived. You matter, your journey matters, your recovery is what you decide, what you want and I am proud to be a partner to you in this. Even if you select another therapist, remember you are worth it, always.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Connecticut and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College. These settings have allowed me to develop my clinical skills and approach in helping others.
Hello and welcome! I'm Jane.
I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself.
First though, I'd like to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. This is a big step.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I focus on helping clients develop new, more positive narratives about themselves that accurately reflect who they are. Our narratives are informed by our past, our childhood, our experiences, our internal and external environments, but sometimes, they can become twisted and inaccurate. So much pain can stem from this. I am here to help you develop your own narrative.
Therapy can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. We will work as a team.
I am a psychologist with ten years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I received my doctorate from William James College. I've been I work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety, among other issues. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I see therapy as a team effort, with the client-clinician relationship being one of the most effective tools in treatment. You'll find me to be empathic and genuine, and a little off beat.
Hope to talk to you soon.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach with 15+ years’ experience partnering with individuals, families, adolescents, and women to help them reach their goals and live more fulfilling and healthy lives. Dealing with stress, depression, work, family or personal issues? Balancing work, family, friends, and life can be overwhelming. Partnering with a therapist to overcome life's challenges can be essential to living a healthy and fulfilling life.
Hi, and welcome—I'm so glad you're considering therapy as a step toward your self-development.
My name is Elijah, and I identify as a first-generation, queer Black man. Holding these identities has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that can come with seeking support for your mental health—especially when the process feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. Taking this step isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the most meaningful and empowering decisions you make.
I specialize in working with high-performing individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I take your mental well-being seriously and stay up to date on evidence-based treatments and emerging tools. My goal is to integrate these strategies into our work in ways that help you feel confident, capable, and supported as you move toward lasting change.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process—one where you feel seen, heard, and actively involved in your own growth. Depending on your needs, I draw from a range of treatment modalities to tailor our work together. If you're ready to start your journey toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself, I'd be honored to support you along the way.
Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am thrilled to connect with you as you begin your journey inward. Healing is truly the risk of showing up for yourself and your resistance to the temptation to go back to unsilenced needs, numbing out, disconnection, and erasure. As a Black, queer, non-binary, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work, and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) with over 15 years of wide-ranging interdisciplinary experience in healing-centered and trauma-informed clinical practice, research, education, and servant leadership, I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

I also provide Resilience and Success Coaching to individuals, executives, healthcare professionals, attorneys, and professional athletes.
Counseling is a collaborative process designed to help you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work toward improving your overall quality of life. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide a calm, respectful, and supportive environment where you can speak openly and move at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to listen carefully, offer honest and compassionate feedback, and help you develop practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and nonjudgmental, while remaining grounded and objective so we can stay focused on your goals. I specialize in individual and couples counseling, with a strong focus on relationships, communication, trust-building, and navigating personal or interpersonal challenges at home or in the workplace.
I also work with individuals experiencing addiction-related concerns, including substance use, gambling, and pornography addiction, as well as stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns, explore contributing factors, and develop strategies that support emotional balance, improved self-esteem, and healthier decision-making.

You may be the person everyone depends on. The one who keeps going, handles what needs to be done, and looks like you have it all together. But inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply not like yourself anymore. Maybe you're facing a difficult transition or realizing that the ways you've always coped just aren't working anymore. I'm Jessica Velazquez, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families.
My name is Ryan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Care at Bay Path University in 2018. I have worked in an outpatient setting, as a therapist, since the fall of 2018. Prior to completing my program, I gained valuable experience through Crisis services as a clinician and support counselor. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic with attention to client centered, a more holistic approach which encompasses the entire body as we tend to suffer as a whole being. I want to work with those to reintegrate those parts. People often do not realize the power of our thoughts and how it can negatively impact our overall wellbeing. I often tell people that our brain is a powerful tool. We are built to survive rather than thrive- this is a primordial skill that has not left us, but we have more effective tools.
It is important to me to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to talk about uncomfortable life situations. I do well within the neurodivergent community, and have aided in navigating difficult milestones in their lives.
Hello! Is life feeling heavy, or are you experiencing a major life transition? My background is working with teens and adults. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, self esteem, and grief. My style is warm and fun, partly so you leave feeling as if you took in a breath of fresh air, at the same time as reaching your goals. Sessions lead with a person-centered approach and evidence-based practices. I value the importance of trust when working with clients. Together, we will create an individualized plan, where you approve each decision. The purpose would be to have clear goals, and monitor progress.
My experience includes working with various age populations, from 6-81 years old. Environments such as Youth and Family Services, child protection agencies, homeless shelters, and outpatient work have emphasized the importance of providing compassionate and quality care, with confidence to handle any complexities that life brings.
I am a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and collaborative therapist who offers a supportive space to slow down, untangle what’s been holding you back, and build confidence in your ability to cope and grow. My goal is to help you feel truly understood and equipped with the tools needed to create the balance, peace, and clarity you deserve. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am committed to helping individuals develop insight, resilience, and meaningful change while honoring their unique experiences and strengths.
