Greetings and salutations. I am, James Howard, your Licensed Clinician that will be assisting you on your journey to Maslow's Self-actualization (Trust me, you'll understand the reference later.) I sit in the Therapeutic counseling chair not by chance, but by hard earned life experiences and a great deal of studying that I look to enrich my clients with to help them find their mental peace and balance to a life that is rancorous and boisterous.
I earned my Master’s Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2020, graduating with honors from Bowie State University in the top 1 percent of the class and currently am doctoral candidate. I read and give a great deal of study to learning and practicing the use of various modalities to be able to assist my clients in finding their path. Hi. Are you seeking support, healing, or personal growth? Do you find yourself questioning choices you make in life, how you experience relationships, or do you find that the stressors in life are getting to be too much? Well perhaps, it is time to heal, rejuvenate, or just try to gain understanding and clarity. It is up to you to make the first step, and I will help you with the next. It is time to get to happiness or at least peace! I meet you where you are. We will work together to help you gain better insight, and address the emotional and mental difficulties that may be present due to past and current stressors. My name is Jen and I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) servicing individuals in Arkansas, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Connecticut, and New Jersey. I have been practicing for more than 9 years and am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards personal growth and well-being. With experience treating anxiety, depression, people pleasing, internal conflict, and relationship dynamics, I’m here to offer a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy. Are your ready?
Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
I am a relationship counselor, currently providing individual and group therapy for adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others.
How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. This growth can improve confidence, reduce stress, and support overall emotional wellness.
I provide a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, create meaningful change, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. Schedule an appointment with me to begin your wellness journey.

I am a people-person and really enjoy the helping profession. My personality affords me to successfully interact with many individuals who seek assistance in overcoming their life challenges.
If you're experiencing inner turmoil that’s affecting your peace of mind and daily life, therapy can help—and I’m here to support you through it. Often described as a “therapist’s therapist,” I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to help you reconnect with your sense of clarity and purpose.

I am a licensed counselor, with 20 years of experience. I have a warm and interactive style. I believe that real change occurs in a safe and accepting counseling environment. My approach is to combine cognitive-behavioral, developmental and person centered counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
On paper, you have it all together. Whether you're managing a team, pouring everything into your career, or navigating the unique pressures of running a business, you're the reliable person everyone turns to. But constantly solving problems for others often means you're left carrying your own stress with no one to support you.
Beneath that capable exterior, you might be carrying the heavy weight of anxiety and/or trauma—whether from past experiences or chronic daily stress at your government workplace . It is easy to experience a quiet wave of impostor syndrome, worrying that showing vulnerability will cause everything to crack. Eventually, this turns into deep burnout that spills into your personal life, straining relationships and draining your joy. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
I’m here to offer a warm, genuine space where you have a steady, experienced guide in your corner. Prior to my work as a therapist, I have decades of experience in the business world. My approach is informed by my extensive background in work operations and a front-row seat to the business world. I know firsthand how exhausting it is to navigate the fast pace, shifting dynamics, and constant pressure of this environment every single day. Because I understand these realities, I already speak your language.
In our sessions, we focus on healing the root causes of your distress, not just managing symptoms. Backed by extensive training in advanced trauma treatment, I know how to help you safely process deep-seated stress. Highly capable people are often incredibly smart and easily intellectualize feelings, but trauma and burnout live in your nervous system, not just your logical brain.
I am an independently licensed Individual and Family Therapist in the states of Massachusetts and Delaware. For over 7 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate challenges impacting their emotional well-being and daily functioning.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that each person is the expert of their own lived experience. I view my role as a partner in your process of self-exploration—helping you identify patterns, gain insight, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I provide a calm, empathetic, and nurturing environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we will explore the underlying emotions and behaviors that contribute to distress and develop practical strategies to promote resilience, emotional balance, and personal growth.
I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing a moment or series of events in their life that seem difficult, unacceptable, or painful. I am here to listen, support, guide, and help you to work through those moments, as well as celebrate your wins and successes. "This too shall pass" moments are an absolute truth in life, and I look forward to working with you while they do. Currently serving the states of New York, New Jersey, Washington, Pennsylvania and Maryland. I am a former high school teacher turned full time therapist! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling all over the world, Facetiming my Villanova college student, learning Croatian, working out, trying new recipes, reading, and spoiling my pit bulls!
I specialize in providing deep insights, clear action steps, and high-level solutions - starting with the first session. Through short-term/brief therapy (1 to 12 sessions), I will help you solve the problem that is challenging you the most.
My expertise is relied upon by politicians, executives, and the news. I am temporarily accepting clients from the general public to help as many people as possible navigate personal or professional challenges as our country experiences significant changes.
These changes can affect your relationships, physical health, and personal happiness; and impact achieving your goals or dreams.
If you would like to start working together, do not hesitate to schedule a time for us to meet.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I am also a left leg above the knee amputee, so I know what it feels like to lose something. I use a non-authoritative approach, which allows you to take more of a lead in our sessions. Something keeps you up, turning it over. An anxiety that won't fully lift. A pattern you keep bumping into, in work, in relationships, in the way you respond before you can stop yourself. You have kept moving forward, but part of you knows it is time to look more closely.
I am Monique Boyd, an LCSW-C and founder of Garden of Introspection. I work with adults and seniors in Maryland who are ready to go deeper; to understand what drives their emotional responses, how past experiences still shape the present, and what it would take for something real to change. Trauma, anxiety, depression, women's mental health, and rebuilding after hard seasons are at the center of my practice.

In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage.

Are you struggling to make changes in your life? Are you paralyzed by addiction? Overwhelmed with anxiety? Stuck in depression? Burdened by past trauma? I am here to help! As an experienced clinical social worker and a person in long term recovery myself, I am passionate about empowering, inspiring, and encouraging others towards growth and self-improvement. I specialize in treating adults with addictions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management and building self-esteem.
I offer a space for people seeking a deeper and more compassionate understanding of themselves. Many people come to therapy struggling in relationships, navigating complex family dynamics, or feeling unsure of who they are and what direction they want their life to move in. Often, there is a desire for more peace, clarity, authenticity, and a stronger sense of alignment, all of which I believe are possible through deeper self-understanding and meaningful therapeutic work.
My approach to therapy is relational, meaning that connection, trust, and feeling truly seen are a central part of the therapeutic process. Therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand the patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating that may be contributing to difficulties in relationships, feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to feel fully at peace in your life.
I view therapy as more than just symptom management. It can be a rich, rewarding, and empowering experience that helps you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your identity and values, and more confident in the way you move through life and relationships. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, self-understanding, self-compassion, and the ability to show up more fully and authentically in your life.
I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. With extensive training in therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My work centers on building healthy, supportive relationships and helping clients strengthen emotional security, self-understanding, and resilience. I recognize the important role that connection and attachment can play in emotional and social development, and I bring that perspective into my sessions with individuals and families.
I also take a holistic approach to challenges related to school, work, and learning, offering support to both teens and young adults as they manage academic stress, identity development, and everyday responsibilities. I provide practical tools and compassionate guidance to support both emotional and functional well-being.
For adults, I offer Motivational Therapy, using a personalized approach designed to strengthen intrinsic motivation and support positive behavioral change. My friendly and professional demeanor helps clients feel at ease as they work toward greater well-being.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling safe enough to be yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel accepted, understood, and never judged. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or neurodivergence, I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine respect.
Being autistic gives me a unique perspective on what it can feel like to move through a world that isn't always designed for different ways of thinking and experiencing life. Combined with my professional training, this helps me provide affirming, practical, and empathetic care for neurodivergent and neurotypical clients alike.
Something brought you here. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or run down. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, or feeling stuck and disconnected, just going through the motions. Whatever it is, you don't have to figure it out on your own.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, peer relationships, school issues, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, strength-based practices, and stress management techniques. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard while building resilience and developing effective coping skills to manage emotional distress.
