What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Therapy with me is centered on coming up with solutions that can make a difference in day to day life. During our first session we will come up with SMART goals that will help us measure progress and success in the future. During every session we will develop solutions that will increase the overall wellness of our mental health and relationships.

My treatment methods are rooted in Cognitive behavioral therapy and Trauma informed care.
