As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified TeleMental Health Provider, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In our first session, we’ll begin with brief introductions before exploring the specific challenges you’re facing. This process will help me develop a tailored plan to guide our work in future sessions. The initial meetings will focus on gathering insights into your unique needs and life journey. This collaborative information exchange, within a safe and supportive environment, will lay the foundation for building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating an effective treatment plan.
As an experienced clinician working with individuals and couples, I offer effective coaching and therapeutic interventions designed to foster measurable progress in healing and well-being. Together, we will work to unlock your true potential, empowering you to navigate challenges, embrace growth, and share your unique gifts with the world. Form Fee: I have a form fee of 200.00. If you require a form to be completed for any reason, you must be a current client with a minimum of 10 sessions prior to the request for a form completion. As a provider, I have the discretion to complete forms or refuse due to ethical concerns.
I am dedicated to empowering and coaching individuals as they navigate their personal journeys, heal from trauma, and realize their full potential. With a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach, I provide support that fosters confidence in overcoming life’s challenges. I am deeply committed to the transformative power of therapy and strive to help clients recognize, embrace, and leverage their inner strengths for growth and resilience.

Tikeya is the first therapist I've ever had in my life whom I have made a match with. Ive gone through 5 therapist and this has been the most consistent for me. Shes patient, articulate and extremely logical on helping me understand the areas I need to work on. Her diagnosis on my behaviors and results of trauma are spot on and I absolutely look forward to my sessions.

I employ cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help individuals identify, challenge, and reframe negative thought patterns. Additionally, I assist clients in implementing effective strategies to manage anxiety in healthy and constructive ways, fostering overall well-being.
I educate individuals about traumatic events and guide them in addressing and reframing unhelpful beliefs associated with trauma. I assist in fostering a deeper understanding and reconceptualization of these events to help mitigate the ongoing impact of PTSD symptoms, promoting recovery and resilience.
As a Gottman-trained therapist, I help couples build the skills and understanding needed to nurture fondness and admiration, foster connection by turning toward each other to meet emotional needs and effectively manage conflict. I guide partners in developing strategies to respond thoughtfully and repair their relationship when misunderstandings and emotional disconnections occur, promoting long-term relationship health.
