Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) and holder of a Masters Degree. I have been practicing for approximately 10 years. I have experience with adults who have struggled with Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Adjusting to new circumstances, and other mood and relationship disorders. I am a people-person and really enjoy the helping profession.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then receive some background information about you and your life experiences and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I begin with some Adlerian methods. I like to infuse psychoeducation to acquaint clients how their personality was formed and how change occurs. We discuss how thinking/thoughts influences emotions and behaviors- thus changing thoughts. Changes behavior and feelings.
