I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together. Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder. If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe each individual is the expert of their own life, with a unique story, identity, and set of experiences. I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, which is why I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other; to meet the distinct needs of every individual, couple, and family I work with. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and growth occur when clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where people of all ages—children, young adults, adults, couples, and families; can explore their challenges, develop deeper self-understanding, and strengthen their relationships. Whether you're navigating a marriage in crisis, grieving a loss, learning to live well with ADHD, or carrying the weight of trauma, I'll walk that road with you - grounded in the truth that healing is partly about gaining personal awareness and adding skills, and partly about letting go and accepting what is. I can assist with untangling which part goes where. My Approach My focus is helping you move out of pain and toward healing and wholeness as soon as possible. Anxiety, Depression, Grief, uncertainty, and disharmony in your closest relationships hurts and I work toward relieving symptoms first, then working on patterns and wounds that would keep the symptoms returning if not addressed.

I specialize in trauma recovery and a deeper understanding of grief, one that recognizes that loss isn’t just about death, but about any life-altering change that leaves a void. Trauma doesn’t just live in the past, it lives in our dreams, our bodies, and the gaps in our memories. If you are experiencing ‘forgotten’ memories, bad dreams, or the aftermath of sexual abuse, you don’t have to carry that weight alone. Whether your pain feels loud or like a quiet, persistent void, I provide a compassionate space to process these "invisible" wounds.

in my years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of various clients coming from diverse ethnicities. I have extensive experience in working with high conflict, divorce cases involving children along with helping couples navigate through marital issues in marital counseling. This work has enabled me to work with kids as young as four years of age. I particularly love working with teenagers and have had much success building rapport with them aiding in their recovery from whatever issues they are presenting with. I have studied many treatment modalities, including Adlerian, gestalt, reality therapy, CBT just to name a few I find it taking a creative individualized approach to each client helps them reach their goals quicker than a cookie cutter approach to therapy. Each person is unique in their issues and should be treated as such. I have been in private practice since 1994 and have worked extensively with the court systems with substance abuse clients. My work as an EAP has enabled me to address various issues extensively such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, various traumas, spiritual issues, and addictions. As part of treatment plans, I can also conduct family sessions that can aid in someone’s recovery.

Hey there! My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach. My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs. Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. I completed my PhD in 2024 focusing on increasing awareness of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how we may build better therapeutic interventions for this population. I thoroughly enjoy being able to bridge gaps between mental health research, teaching the next generation of clinicians, and maintaining clinical work myself.

I'm Kelli Gary, MSW, LCSW. I am licensed in Indiana, Nevada, Colorado and Wyoming and obtained my degree from IUPUI in 2002. I also teach at the college level. I strive to set up a warm, safe environment for client and enjoy working with young adults up to older adults 18+. I specialize in anxiety and depression and I also enjoy working with individuals with vocational stress, life stress, parenting stress and ADHD. I know that feeling overwhelmed and out of control can be scary and frustrating and I strive to help you feel more yourself again and provide the tools for success. I provide tools and strategies to align with your goals. I work mostly with a CBT and Solution focused approach but also acknowledge that therapy is an individual process and needs flexibility in strategies as well.

I believe that when someone seeks therapy, they are reaching out because they want to move forward, feel less stuck, or find new ways to live well. I hold deep conviction that a meaningful, valued life is possible for anyone—even in the presence of disability, chronic pain or illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming life stress. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative space where we can discover the right pace and rhythm for facing those challenges: sometimes steady and gentle, sometimes more active and focused, always tailored to the person in front of me.

As a therapist, I am passionate about coming alongside others to help them find their way through those difficult experiences whether past or present. It's my hope to create a space of safety, belonging, and care. I approach all my clients with an open mind and heart that is working towards the outcomes you desire to become a reality in your life.

I tell everyone that I am not your average therapist, meaning I have a different outlook and approach than many therapists/counselors. I have extensive experience working with complex populations and mental health conditions, including but not limited to complex trauma, psychosis, personality disorders, and substance use. I am typically direct because I believe time is our most valuable resource, and I want to respect your time. I use humor when appropriate to help therapy feel more comfortable and approachable. Asking for help is typically the hardest and most important thing we must do. I try to make that process as easy as possible. Life can be hard sometimes, and it has so many beautiful things. I am here to help figure that out.
