New to Grow
I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, burnout, and major life transitions. With over 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting burnt-out adults, neurodivergent ("neurospicy") individuals, and parents navigating their own ADHD/Autism while raising neurodivergent kiddos. If you feel exhausted from wearing a mask, trying to meet expectations that weren't built for you, or feeling like you lost yourself years ago, you don't have to carry it alone. Therapy with me is a laid-back, collaborative partnership where you can drop the mask, feel genuinely heard, and find your way back to yourself.
Because we meet via telehealth, therapy happens wherever you feel most comfortable and secure. Whether that’s snuggled up in a cozy blanket on your couch, sitting in the backyard, wearing your favorite jammies, or having your furry friend right by your side—I meet you wherever you feel your best. My goal is to create a zero-judgment space where you can take a breath and show up fully as yourself.
As a neurodivergent clinician with over 16 years of experience, I bring both deep personal understanding and clinical expertise to my practice. I pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches because no single method fits every brain. I meet you exactly where you are with authenticity, a touch of humor, and zero pretense—giving you a safe space to unmask while building practical tools that fit your real life.
I work best with adults and teens who are navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, burnout, or major life transitions. My ideal clients are looking for a warm, creative, and non-judgmental space where they can drop the mask, feel genuinely heard, and process difficult seasons at their own pace. Together, we focus on identifying what's holding you back and building practical, real-world tools and strategies that actually fit your unique daily life.
I take an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy because no single method fits every brain. Over my 16 years of practice, I've pulled evidence-based tools from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I meet you where you are, adapting strategies to fit your unique goals, strengths, and real-life needs.
