As a mother myself, I understand that life can bring many different roles, responsibilities, and challenges. I bring compassion, understanding, and authenticity to my work, and I value the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and create meaningful change.
Hello, my name is Ashbina, however, I go by Misha. I have 4 years of experience working as a mental health counselor. During those 4 years, I gained the experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions, including those related to immigration and cultural adjustment. As someone who understands the unique challenges that can come with navigating different cultural expectations and environments, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Welcome to The Well!! My name Is Annicia but most of my clients call me Nycee (knee-see). I am a LPC in the state of Georgia and I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University. My experience in the mental health field has afforded me the opportunity to work with many different populations. I specialize in working with people of color navigating whole wellness as it relates to the person. I might be tough at times but I'm always tender. My specific niche is working with those who may experience difficulty finding overall wellness, relational challenges, lowered self esteem, life transitions, anxiety, and stress regarding living authentically while creating the life you want. I’m a proud, multi-hyphenated Black woman and one of my deepest joy's is walking alongside people as they grow their self-love, self-worth, and capacity to live authentically. I work with clients to unabashedly honor themselves, their stories, and their desires for the future. In our work together, I’m committed to decolonizing therapy—honoring the lived realities of people of color, using tools and language that affirm your identity, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome as you grow into more of yourself.
Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively.
Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life.
Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.
Life can be unpredictable. During tough times, having a therapist who looks at the whole picture can make a real difference. I have spent years helping people work through challenges like communication issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflicts with others, and grief. Good therapy looks at how your thoughts, feelings, body, and sense of purpose all connect. My approach focuses on the whole person. I work alongside clients to find healthier ways forward and create meaningful change.

If you are reading this, you might be exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Whether you are an adult dealing with constant overthinking, or a teenager trying to navigate a world that feels incredibly stressful, I want you to know one thing: this is a space to be yourself. You do not have to perform here. You do not have to put on a brave face, use perfect words, or have anything figured out. You can just show up, vent, and let the walls down. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have spent the last 10+ years working in community care, hospital crisis settings, and the juvenile justice system. Because of that background, I don't shock easily, and I won't panic if your life feels messy right now. I have sat with people through some of their darkest and most chaotic chapters. My goal isn't to judge you or give you a cookie-cutter lecture; it’s to provide a steady, calm, and grounded environment where you feel entirely safe. Whether you just need a dedicated place to talk, or you are ready to learn new ways to manage the heavy days, you don't have to do it alone. Let's get started.

I'm Della Brumskine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Canopy Clinical Group, a virtual therapy practice serving clients in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I work with adults navigating big life changes, relationship shifts, and the kind of moments that make you stop and ask "who am I now?" My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I bring a deep appreciation for the unique pressures of navigating multiple cultures, identities, and expectations at once. I meet clients fully virtually, so you can show up to sessions from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
I help people who are navigating depression, anxiety, and big life transitions find their footing again. In our work together, we'll look closely at the thoughts and patterns that tend to keep you stuck and build practical tools you can use between sessions. Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur.
I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.
Im a Trauma informed specialist, certified in EMDR and trained in Attachment Trauma for Adults. I listen, empathize, and create a space that is safe for my clients. I believe without a doubt my clients have the ability to live life at peace, find balance and relief from suffering. I provide in person and telehealth services. We will make clear goals together.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed
Welcome, I’m Nubia.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you.
Let’s take the first step, together.
Warmly,
Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC

Hi! I'm a licensed therapist in Georgia. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was in the 3rd grade. I would wait at the swing set for my friends to come talk to me about their problems. As someone who was born into poverty and struggled with traumas of my own, I know how difficult life can be at times. Being there for others was something that took my mind off of the stressors of home. After becoming a teen mom, I knew I had to change my life for the better to support my family. I went to college to both heal myself and learn how to help and heal others. I am passionate about helping others meet their goals, feel happy, and have loving supportive relationships in their lives. I believe in practicing what I preach, so you know that if I'm asking you to try something then I've tried it myself and know it works. I believe that we all have the answers inside of us, I just help you find them.

I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. So I would be doing a injustice myself and others to not be being a bridge builder. When I'm not working I enjoy walking in the park, going to the gym, going on cruises and hanging out with my wife and kids.
