Hello, I’m Paige.
Beginning a journey of self-healing and self-discovery can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and sometimes intimidating—but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to support and guide you every step of the way, providing encouragement and tools to help you move forward with confidence.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, dedicated to helping individuals discover healthier lifestyle choices that support emotional wellness and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable expressing your authentic self without fear of criticism. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or personal growth concerns. My approach focuses on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and recognize your inner strengths so you can make meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your experiences, identifying your goals, and developing practical strategies to help you create the life you desire. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, balance, and greater self-awareness.
Welcome! I’m Jaylin, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence—especially those who are accustomed to being strong, capable, or dependable for everyone else. When you spend so much time meeting others’ needs and managing life’s demands, it can become difficult to recognize your own needs, trust your emotions, or care for yourself without guilt.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that greater self-understanding creates room for meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and expectations shaping how you respond to yourself and others. We’ll work toward strengthening emotional awareness, establishing healthier boundaries, and developing ways to care for yourself without self-abandonment.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and sustainable.

Even strong, successful couples can struggle behind closed doors. Stress, busy schedules, communication breakdowns, unresolved hurt, intimacy challenges, parenting demands, and career pressures can slowly create distance in a relationship that once felt effortless.
I work with couples who want more than just fewer arguments — they want to feel connected, understood, desired, and supported again. Together, we work to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and create healthier ways of navigating conflict and partnership.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Sex Therapist with 17 years of experience, I help couples strengthen both their relationship and their connection so they can build a marriage that feels secure, passionate, and sustainable long-term.
Life is about more than getting through the day. It's about finding reasons to look forward to tomorrow.
Have you ever felt like you're just going through the motions? Maybe you're overwhelmed, feeling stuck, questioning your direction, or simply wondering why life doesn't feel as fulfilling as you'd like it to. Perhaps you're dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or a life transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what comes next.
I believe that while life can be challenging, it can also be meaningful, exciting, and full of possibilities. I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and grief, but my passion extends beyond helping people manage difficult emotions. I also enjoy helping individuals rediscover their confidence, reconnect with their strengths, find purpose, and experience more joy and satisfaction in everyday life.
I'll listen without judgment, respect your experiences, and provide a supportive environment where you can comfortably be yourself. But I'll also ask thoughtful questions, encourage you to look at things from different perspectives, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward.
And yes, there's room for laughter in therapy, too!
I don't believe my job is to fix you or do the healing for you. Instead, my role is to facilitate the process, help you discover your own answers, and support you as you make changes that feel meaningful to you.
I also believe you don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Therapy isn't just about exploring what's wrong. It's also about discovering what's possible. We'll acknowledge the difficult moments, celebrate the small victories, and work toward creating a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
Come as you are. We'll start there—and explore where you'd like to go.

Greetings! I am a Forensic Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Doctorate from Alliant International University and have been practicing for 15 years.
During my time in Georgia, I served in the following roles: Psychomotrist, psychological assessor, family therapist, child therapist, legal expert witness, EAP Consultant, Behavioral Health Branch Head, and Family Advocacy Program Manager on a military installation.
I am an LCSW and certified addiction counselor with over 25 years of providing behavioral health and addiction services. I began my career in behavioral health while serving in the United States Air Force. There I provided counseling and support to my fellow Airmen. I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life. This led me to further my education. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oglethorpe University. Then later obtained a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia.
When I am not scrapbooking, sewing or creating in my craft room, you can find me volunteering in the community, spending time with friends or traveling.
