You’ve found someone who’s ready to show up and get stuff done! I believe in the power of laughter, joy, and a sprinkle of fun, even when dealing with serious matters. I’m not your average therapist - this isn’t like what you see on tv - nah, I’ll be real, honest and down-to-earth (and might even cuss a little). I have a special interest in a few populations that make me a little different from others, and I also love working with motivated folks who are ready to get their anxiety and depression under control. In our first session, we'll get to know each other and go over your wants and needs for therapy. We'll come up with a plan together and goals based on what you feel like you're struggling with and the strengths you bring to the table.
I work with individuals in my specialty populations because I have a personal connection to all of them. I’m a bariatric and chronic illness patient. I am a proud mom to adult non-binary and neurodivergent kiddos. I am also not attached to any religious beliefs. I have additional experience (and enjoy) working with individuals involved in the kink and poly communities as well as sex workers. I know it’s often difficult for individuals to find providers who are willing to support them without judgement, but I’m here to do so with an open heart.
