I'm an adult child of an alcoholic and an abuse survivor. I have two grown children who have taught me a great deal as we continue to navigate life's joys and challenges. I enjoy helping people explore their own goals, perspectives, and providing them with a safe, supportive, and confidential space to become their personal best.

Together we will also identify goals to help you feel less stressed and able to better thrive in your life. Let's work together to make the changes that are most useful for you. I most enjoy helping adults manage stress and anxiety often related to work, relationships, life transitions, and past experiences. If you feel as though you could use support in any of these areas, let's talk more.

I also welcome clients who are seeking support for mental health concerns or substance use challenges on their own—you do not need to be experiencing both to work with me. My approach is supportive, empathetic, and practical. While understanding the past can provide valuable insight, I believe meaningful change begins with the choices we make in the present. I encourage clients to be active partners in therapy and to apply what they discover in sessions to their daily lives. My perspective is shaped by both professional experience and lived experience, allowing me to connect with many of the challenges my clients face with genuine understanding rather than judgment. My name is Bobby Figueroa, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with five years of experience in the mental health and addiction field.
I believe therapy works best when it is a partnership. You are the expert on your life—your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals. My role is to serve as a guide, helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the tools needed to become the person you desire to be.
My approach focuses on helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how those patterns influence your relationships, decisions, and everyday life. Together, we will identify what is working, explore areas where you would like to see change, and develop practical strategies that support your personal growth.
I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and work through challenges without judgment. Therapy is not about me telling you who you should be or what you should do. It is about us working together to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.
Therapy is teamwork. You bring your experiences and goals, I bring guidance and support, and together we work toward the change you want to see. I'm ready to meet you where you are and help you take the next step toward where you want to be.

If you’ve been carrying more than you let others see, trying to “push through,” you’re not alone. Initially many of my clients are carrying a heavy load in secret, attempting to force themselves through burdening exhaustion every single day. They come to me feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or weighed down by emotions that are hard to name or understand.
In therapy with me, we’ll gently begin to make sense of what you’ve been holding. We will navigate together in order to transform your heaviest burdens into a map for your future. We will identify the beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling stuck and begin building new ones that feel more empoweing. As a therapist specializing in anxiety, grief, and trauma, I will help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I’m a proud, multi-hyphenated Black woman and one of my deepest joy's is walking alongside people as they grow their self-love, self-worth, and capacity to live authentically. I work with clients to unabashedly honor themselves, their stories, and their desires for the future. In our work together, I’m committed to decolonizing therapy—honoring the lived realities of people of color, using tools and language that affirm your identity, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome as you grow into more of yourself.
Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively.
Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life.
Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

Hi, I’m Ashley Smith, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship or intimacy concerns, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen.
One of my favorite moments as a therapist is when something finally “clicks” for a client — that moment when they begin to understand why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Even more rewarding is watching them learn how to break free from patterns that have been holding them back and begin creating the life they want. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people discover their own strength and realize lasting change is possible.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.

Happiness is a tough concept. We all want & desire to be happy, but do we need to be happy all the time? And what if we could be less sad? Or mad? Or ecstatic one day & miserable the next? Life is challenging, but we have to allow ourselves to find the hope and practice grace along the way. I am Dr. Jennifer Jenkins, LPC and I am a counselor, let me help you... find the hope on your terms and allow ourselves to practice grace and humor to get through this crazy place called life. Let me help you on your journey to be all the emotions and maybe a little less sad going forward.

Hello! My name is Donna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I am also a spouse of a United States Army Veteran. I have traveled the world and in doing so I have been able to build meaningful relationships with others. I would love to help you regain your sense of worth and well being.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience. I’m also a husband and a father of five, so I know life can be unpredictable. When something hits you that you weren’t ready for, it doesn’t mean you’re broken. It usually means you don’t have the right tools yet.
I studied engineering and psychology, and it shapes how I work. I look for the patterns underneath a problem and what keeps you stuck. Then we build practical steps you can use in your daily life. I think of therapy as a workbench. We figure out what isn’t working and try new things together.
I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, depending on what fits you best. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and major life changes. I especially enjoy working with men, active duty military, veterans, and first responders. I also see couples who want to talk to each other better and feel heard.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Reach out and we’ll talk about what’s going on and whether I’m a good fit.

Hello there, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for the last four years in the state of Georgia. I'm often described as funny, and empathetic, however I will always remain professional, and be sure to meet you where you are. I believe that we are all capable of change, and sometimes just need a little bit of support. I am here to be that support. While it can be hard to ask for assistance, I am so happy that you are here and are taking the first steps towards whatever change you are seeking. I look forward to working with you!
