Hi friend, I'm Sarah. I believe that grief is a natural response to love and loss, and that no one should have to navigate it alone. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in contemporary grief theory and the companioning philosophy of Dr. Alan Wolfelt. Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
I am a relationship counselor, currently providing individual and group therapy for adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others.
How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. This growth can improve confidence, reduce stress, and support overall emotional wellness.
I provide a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, create meaningful change, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. Schedule an appointment with me to begin your wellness journey.

Hi,
I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche.
Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later.
Hope to meet you soon.

Outside of sessions, you can usually find me hiking a trail, catching a good movie, or spending time with my son. I also enjoy yoga, a good burger, and shopping for spooky things. I bring that same curiosity, creativity, and authenticity into my work with clients.
Tara Sanders is a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and has been in the mental health field for 20 + yrs. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University and earned her Master’s of Science degree from Abilene Christian University. She has a wide range of career experience that allows her to adapt to the varied needs of her clients. Her diverse experience was derived from working in an all-male maximum-security prison, her position as a school counselor to provide counseling services to children in need of temporary, situational, and/or ongoing emotional challenges, her years acting as a mobile crisis assessor, and her role as supervisor for a state-wide crisis hotline. Tara works with her clients to assist them with changing any self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.

MIND Over Matter
Hi, I’m Shannell, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging and overwhelming moments.
I specialize in working with women, moms, and professionals who are balancing multiple responsibilities and often feel the weight of stress, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. I also work with men who are ready to better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating.
My approach is warm, supportive, and person-centered—while also being practical and solution-focused. I create a safe space where you can be open and honest, while also helping you identify patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
With a background in crisis counseling, acute mental health, and private practice, I understand how heavy life can feel at times—and more importantly, how to help you work through it.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, or struggling with anxiety or depression, you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and in control of your life, I’d be honored to work with you.
Life can be tough at times. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, facing big decisions, or simply trying to get through each day, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer individualized therapy for children and adults experiencing loneliness, self-esteem challenges, or major life transitions such as loss, retirement, or changes in family dynamics. During sessions, children are welcome to play with toys, and adults may enjoy a cup of coffee. My goal is to help you feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable while sharing.
Together, we’ll work to identify & understand complicated emotions that may have been suppressed and develop healthy ways to cope.
Seeking help is a big step, and I’m here to make that process easier. No matter where you are in life, I’m here to support you through it. Please contact me and I will assist with scheduling. Please call or message with any questions or scheduling concerns at Endless Grace Counseling.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.
