Hey there...My name is Tiffany Hall. I absolutely LOVE therapy. I am a mother of four, 20+ years in education and 10+ years in therapy! I believe that we all need therapy and that it is just a conversation. My approach to therapy is direct and solution focused with a sprinkle of warmth, humor and compassion. I combine CBT, mindfulness, reality, and motivational interviewing to help my clients get to a place where they are healthy and happy.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the session, it feels like we are strangers getting to know each other. It is my job to make you feel comfortable in therapy in general and specifically with me. I want to make sure that we are a good fit for each other so that you will get the most out of your therapeutic journey by showing up HOT; Honest, Open, and Transparent.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am highly skilled at building rapport and creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe. I use a sense of humor when appropriate, helping clients feel comfortable while still addressing difficult topics with care and honesty. My approach is warm and relatable, yet firm enough to hold clients accountable to the goals they set for themselves. Clients appreciate that I can challenge them with compassion, support their growth, and walk beside them without judgment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My best clients are individuals and couples who are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process and take accountability for their growth. I work especially well with clients seeking support around sex and intimacy, empowerment for both men and women, anger management, grief processing, and parenting or teen-related challenges. The people who benefit most from working with me are motivated to look inward, challenge unhelpful patterns, and practice new skills outside of session. I serve clients who are not just hoping for change, but are prepared to do the emotional work necessary to create it.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my therapeutic work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe unhelpful thoughts that influence their emotions and behaviors. I combine this with Reality Therapy, guiding clients to evaluate whether their current choices are getting them closer to the relationships, peace, and personal fulfillment they desire. Together, these modalities empower clients to build self-awareness, take accountability, and make realistic, value-aligned changes in their daily lives.
