When you work with me, you’re choosing a therapist who is not only highly trained—but deeply committed to your growth, healing, and empowerment.
As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult transitions with clarity, resilience, and purpose. With extensive experience in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and solution-focused strategies, I empower my clients to break free from limiting patterns, develop emotional regulation, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Please note that I am only able to schedule appointments on the hour (i.e., 10:00 am), and cannot accommodate appointments on the half-hour (i.e., 10:30 am).
