My counseling services integrate existential theory, CBT/REBT modalities, and DBT skills, with a focus on providing quality care to adults. I primarily work with concerns related to lack of meaning, trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. While I emphasize choice and personal responsibility, I also make it a priority to validate each client’s emotional experience. I believe therapy should be about getting better, not just feeling better. To support that growth, I use active, directive, and challenging interventions designed to help clients develop the skills to ultimately help themselves.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and maybe even a little lighter by the time you leave.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) providing individual therapy to adults (18+) across Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to pursue a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology, giving me insight into both human behavior and the systems that shape our experiences. From there, I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, building a strong foundation to guide, support, and empower those I work with.
My practice is grounded in a client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed philosophy. I view therapy as a partnership, with your voice and perspective at the center. I am Shanae Hudson, a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Growth Explored, LLC. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and periods of transition that leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck despite their efforts to move forward.
My approach to therapy is integrative and body-informed. I draw from somatic, attachment-based, relational, narrative, and polyvagal-informed frameworks to help clients understand how past experiences shape present-day patterns. Together, we explore how stress, trauma, and relational wounds show up in the nervous system, in relationships, and in the stories you carry about yourself. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about increasing awareness, choice, and compassion for the parts of you that learned to survive.
I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of emotional neglect, relational trauma, or long-term stress and who may struggle with boundaries, emotional regulation, people pleasing, or disconnection from their body. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply self-reflective, yet find themselves exhausted by carrying too much alone.
In our work together, I offer a steady, collaborative space that moves at a pace aligned with your capacity. We focus on building internal resources, strengthening nervous system regulation, and developing practical tools that support sustainable change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life, relationships, and sense of self, so that therapy becomes a supportive chapter rather than a permanent dependency.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable — sometimes even scary — but choosing to begin is already a powerful act of courage. I’m honored you’re here.
My name is Oronde Yero, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma — experiences that can feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to put into words.
My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or carry everything alone — a space where you feel safe, genuinely heard, and gradually empowered to understand yourself and move toward healing at your own pace.
Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, overthinking, or adjusting to life changes, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with individuals who feel stuck, emotionally drained, or weighed down by daily stressors and are ready for change. I also work with individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance use concerns.
I believe that each client is unique and that one therapy does not fit all. I try to meet the client where they are at. I have experience in different types of trauma from a clinical standpoint and personal experience. I have a sense of humor, I believe laughter can be the best medicine sometimes. The most important part of any therapy is client/therapist compatibility. It helps both with treatment goals.
Over the last 8 years of working as a therapist, I've seen and experiencing everything. From children struggling in the schools, to woman struggling with everyday life problems, I've realized one thing that they have in common-hope. Hope is important when coming to therapy. You are hoping to feel better; you are hoping to come to become a new person. I want us to work on how we treat ourselves allows others to treat us in the same way. My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself. As a Reality therapist, I focus on your current relationships and conflicts. This type of therapy doesn't really focus on the past unless it is trying to connect some sort of pattern of behavior. As a reality therapist, I see behaviors as choices and learning how to change those behaviors to have a better outcome so that one can FEEL real love for themselves and others! All the reality therapist I know are very honest, direct, and focus on you taking accountability for your actions. I pray for all of my clients for their love, joy, peace, be restored during this process of healing themselves. I am a faith-based therapist who believes GOD and therapy is important and using verses and stories from the Bible provide symbolism and revelation in the areas of anger, anxiety, depression, and more.

My particular interest in counseling stems from my desire and ability to see the good potential in people. I appreciate and respect a person’s resilience and optimism to seek help in counseling. Resilience requires persistence, so counseling is a good opportunity for people to reflect on their past experiences and explore their feelings and values. Clients place a great deal of vulnerability and responsibility in seeking help from professional counselors.

I followed the path to the mental health field due to my own personal struggles growing up. I come from the Caribbean where mental health and therapy were taboo and there was little support when I struggled with extreme anxiety and panic attacks. With my go-getter attitude and desire to challenge myself, I decided to go deeper into a field that empowers me to help others in their processes. I am a firm believer in going through the process of therapy alongside my clients and allowing them to see that they are not on their journeys alone. We will work together through the dark times and the good times, always remembering that through everything there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have worked in the mental health field since 2012, mostly in the substance abuse field in multiple capacities. I am a therapist who challenges you but also helps you be gentle and empathetic to yourself.

Hello, I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor that works with children and adolescents. I have been proving therapy and guidance to children and adolescents that need additional support. I work with those in need of clearer vision from depression, anxiety, academics and behavior.
My professional career in mental health started in the U.S. Navy. I have since worked with private institutions helping those in need of additional supports to overcome obstacles that cloud the path to being their most successful self.
Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
I would like to describe myself as a guy who likes to collaborate with clients to reach their goals and help guide them to overcome barriers that are stopping them to achieve them. I currently work at a Crisis Center for the state of Georgia trying to help people repair their lives. Through out my career as a social worker, I've dealt with at risk youths, inmates, and substance abuse, and homeless population. I've come to realize that a lot of people have one thing in common, they all would like to be treated with respect and allow them to have their autonomy. My great listening and problem solving skills with my clients help them to come to solutions to their own problems. That's what a lot of my clients can expect is a person who ask open-ended questions to help them consider things that they normally haven't and challenge their thoughts or desires versus their actions in life.

Hey, I'm Chris, a licensed professional counselor. I became an LPC out of a desire to obtain some depth of knowledge about severe & persistent mental illnesses, as some of my family members live with mood, anxiety and trauma symptoms. I've been able to witness both sides of the same coin-- the negative impact on the family & individual but also the personal growth of the individual. I've worked in various clinical settings, including inpatient hospitals, Emergency Departments, private practice & jails/prisons where I have learned that mental health (severe/persistent or everyday stressors) affects people from all walks of life and that with the emotional boost that therapy can provide, everyone can get a fair shot at attaining their respective mental wellness.

My journey to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor was shaped by a deep desire to support others through life’s challenges—especially during times when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. Like many people, I’ve experienced how difficult it can be to navigate personal struggles without the right support system, and I’ve always been drawn to helping others find clarity, purpose, and hope during those moments. Over time, I realized that being a counselor would allow me to not only listen and empathize, but to walk alongside people as they identify their goals and uncover their inner strengths. What drives me every day is the opportunity to be part of someone’s growth—to offer a space where they feel truly heard and supported, and to help them discover that change is possible, even when it feels out of reach.
