What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and interactive environment in which individuals can tackle difficult subjects, deep-seated trauma, or simply have a listening ear when they need to get their thoughts and feelings out. I believe healing is a collaborative effort that requires honest caring without judgment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT in my practice for the past six years. It helps clients change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We will use CBT to identify and explore how your emotions and thoughts affect your actions. Then we will learn how to change behaviors and develop new coping strategies.

Couples Counseling

I have been providing couples counseling for the past four years. Couples counseling will help with improving communication, building understanding, resolving conflicts, working through challenges, identifying underlying issues, and healing old wounds.

Trauma Informed Care

I have been providing trauma-informed care for six years. I utilize this therapy to help clients understand and respond to the effects of trauma they have experienced. I use this therapy technique to prevent re-traumatization, build trust, and empower clients.

Strength-Based

I have been providing strength-based therapy for six years. I will use strength-based therapy to help you identify and use your strengths to achieve your goals.
