My name is Carron Alexander and I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues in a variety of populations. My approach My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and other approaches depending on the needs of the client. My focus I typically work with clients between the ages of 5-65. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions with a large amount of experience with depression and anxiety.
Our first session will be our initial meet and greet. Introductions will be made and questions will be asked. Even though this is more of a fact finding session it is still your session.
I believe every client is different and every situation unique. I utilize a variety of methods and tools based on presenting concerns and what the client needs.
My biggest strengths are my ability to empathize and meet clients where they're at.
My ideal clients are clients who are active in seeking help. Whether it's your first time or 51st time my goal is to assist you in achieving your goals.

We just need to work out some technical issues with my device for next time. The therapist was excellent. She obviously listens to UNDERSTAND and no simply to Reply! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!🙏🏽
