I decided to become a therapist because I wanted to help people make positive changes in their lives. In my experience as a social worker with a community agency, addiction counselor, and mental counselor, I have always enjoyed helping people during difficult times.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I have been using Solution Focused for 6 years. It has helped many clients focus on solution building rather than problem solving. We use Solution Focused therapy which minimizes emphasis on past failings and problems and instead focuses on client's strengths and pervious successes.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been using Cognitive Behavioral therapy for many years. It helps many clients' challenge their thoughts and manage depression and anxiety. CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns.
